Instructions
In a pot, boil water with a pinch of salt to cook the pasta. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Prepare the onion, peanuts, and cherry tomatoes.
In a pan over medium-high heat, cook the onion for 1 minute. Then, add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another minute.
Add the sardines and break them into smaller pieces. Pour in the white wine and stir for 1 minute. Turn off the heat.
Add the breadcrumbs and mix everything together.
Add the cooked pasta and crushed peanuts to the pan. Combine with the other ingredients.
Garnish with parsley, extra peanuts, and breadcrumbs.

Pasta
– This dish is highly versatile and can be made with any type of pasta.
Breadcrumbs –
You can make your own breadcrumbs by processing leftover bread in a food processor, or use store-bought panko breadcrumbs.
