This bubble shake is bomb for all bubble tea and Oreo cookie lovers! It consists of Oreo cookies, vanilla ice cream, milk and crushed ice blended together and paired with some chewy tapioca pearls. Served with whipped cream and extra Oreo crumbles, you'll get an amazing bubble shake in less than 10 minutes!
Prepare tapioca pearls - In a pot, cook the tapioca pearls in boiling water as per your package instructions (5 minutes for the tapioca pearls I use). Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water. Transfer the tapioca pearls into your serving glass.
Blend - In a blender, combine 4 Oreo cookies, vanilla ice cream, milk and (optional) crushed ice (note 1). Blend everything together. Pour into your glass.
Garnish - Add as much whipped cream as you like on top of the shake. Crush one Oreo cookie and sprinkle the Oreo crumbles on top of the whipped cream. (Optional) add an extra Oreo cookie as a whole for serving.
Notes
1. Crushed ice: if adding crushed ice, your shake will have the consistency of a frappuccino. If leaving crushed ice out, the consistency will rather be like a milkshake. Both are delicious. Note that not all blenders are able to crush ice, only add crushed ice if your blender is powerful enough to blend it.
