You’ve got to try this Korean Strawberry Latte! It’s light, sweet, and so refreshing—made with a simple mix of strawberry puree, fresh strawberry pieces, and milk. It’s super easy to whip up and seriously so good!
Make the strawberry puree –In a large bowl, combine strawberries and sugar. Mash them together using a masher or fork until you achieve a smooth strawberry puree.
Transfer the puree to a sterilized jar. If you’re making a small batch to use the same day, sterilizing isn’t necessary.
Refrigerate the strawberry puree for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the sugar to dissolve completely.
Assemble the drink – When ready to serve, add 90g / ⅓ cup strawberry puree to a glass. Top with diced strawberries and ice cubes (if desired), then gently pour milk over the mixture.
Notes
Milk options – Use any type of milk with a light and neutral flavor, such as regular, oat, or almond milk.
Storage – If making a larger batch of strawberry puree, store it in a sterilized jar in the refrigerator. Use within two weeks. Only mix the puree with milk when ready to serve.
