Ces crevettes frites \u00e0 la noix de coco sont exactement ce qu\u2019il te faut!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elles sont enrob\u00e9es de <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Panko\">chapelure panko<\/a> super croustillante et de noix de coco. Chaque bouch\u00e9e te transporte direct sur une plage tropicale. Honn\u00eatement, il fait un froid de canard ici en ce moment mais ces crevettes m\u2019ont carr\u00e9ment donn\u00e9 des vibes d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9\ud83d\ude04<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crevettes papillon vs crevettes enti\u00e8res<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette recette, j\u2019ai coup\u00e9 les crevettes en papillon, en faisant une incision le long du dos. Les couper de cette fa\u00e7on <strong>permet de r\u00e9duire le temps de friture<\/strong> par rapport \u00e0 des crevettes enti\u00e8res. La surface est plus fine donc elles cuisent plus vite, ce qui est super pratique quand tu fais frire un lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus, les crevettes papillon ont <strong>tendance \u00e0 para\u00eetre plus grandes et mais aussi plus l\u00e9g\u00e8res<\/strong> \u00e0 manger que les crevettes enti\u00e8res qui sont plus petites et plus \u00e9paisses. Elles r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissent toujours un peu \u00e0 la cuisson, donc plus elles sont grosses, mieux c&rsquo;est! Si tu utilises des crevettes plus petites, je te conseille de les garder enti\u00e8res. C\u2019est gal\u00e8re d\u2019essayer de couper des petites crevettes en papillon \ud83e\udd8b!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mieux est toujours de privil\u00e9gier des <strong>crevettes fraiches<\/strong>. Mais si tu optes pour des surgel\u00e9es (pas de souci, \u00e7a marche aussi), prends celles d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9vein\u00e9es, tu gagneras un temps pr\u00e9cieux. Et n&rsquo;oublie pas: choisis des crevettes avec leur queue pour une pr\u00e9sentation plus sympa et plus de facilit\u00e9 \u00e0 les manger.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment frire ces crevettes \u00e0 la noix de coco?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je n\u2019ai pas de friteuse (trop encombrant \u00e0 nettoyer et \u00e0 entretenir vu que je fris assez rarement), donc j\u2019utilise une vieille po\u00eale avec de l\u2019huile de friture. Tu peux aussi utiliser une <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4fjxJy4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">friteuse asiatique<\/a>, c\u2019est super pratique! Chauffe l\u2019huile \u00e0 180\u00b0C, et les crevettes cuiront en quelques minutes. Retire-les d\u00e8s qu\u2019elles sont dor\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu as une friteuse, c\u2019est aussi top! \u00c7a te permet de frire une grosse quantit\u00e9 de crevettes facilement. Faire 3 incisions verticales au bas de chaque crevette pour les aplatir plus facilement. Faire une incision le long du dos de chaque crevette, sans la couper compl\u00e8tement, juste jusqu\u2019aux \u00be. Retourner les crevettes et les aplatir d\u00e9licatement avec les doigts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saupoudrer les crevettes d\u2019une pinc\u00e9e de sel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la p\u00e2te dans un bol. Si la p\u00e2te est trop \u00e9paisse, ajouter 2 \u00e0 3 c. \u00e0 s. d&rsquo;eau suppl\u00e9mentaire. La p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre \u00e9paisse mais fluide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer l\u2019enrobage<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 M\u00e9langer la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e et la chapelure panko dans un bol ou une assiette. Dans une assiette s\u00e9par\u00e9e, ajouter la farine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enrober les crevettes<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Commencer par enrober chaque crevette de farine, puis les plonger dans la p\u00e2te. Bien les enrober du m\u00e9lange noix de coco\/panko et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faire frire les crevettes<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Chauffer l\u2019huile de friture dans une po\u00eale (ou utiliser une friteuse) jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle atteigne 180\u00b0C. Faire frire les crevettes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient dor\u00e9es et croustillantes, environ 3-4 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirer les crevettes de l\u2019huile et les placer sur une grille de refroidissement pour les \u00e9goutter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la sauce<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Servir<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Servir les crevettes croustillantes avec la sauce chilli-abricot sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conservation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>R\u00e9frig\u00e9ration<\/strong> \u2013 Conserve les crevettes cuites dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 3 jours max. Pour les r\u00e9chauffer, passe-les au four ou dans une friteuse \u00e0 air \u00e0 180 \u00b0C pendant environ 5 minutes pour qu&rsquo;elles retrouvent leur croustillant. \u00c9vite le micro-ondes, elles risqueraient de ramollir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cong\u00e9lation<\/strong> \u2013 Si tu as utilis\u00e9 des crevettes fra\u00eeches, tu peux les congeler jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2 mois. Fais-les cuire \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 (la chapelure doit \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9e), laisse-les refroidir compl\u00e8tement, puis place-les dans des r\u00e9cipients herm\u00e9tiques ou des
