Mais je dois t&rsquo;avouer qu&rsquo;en vieillissant, l&rsquo;ail cru est devenu un peu plus difficile \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer&#8230; Du coup, maintenant, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re toujours le cuire un minimum dans tout ce que je pr\u00e9pare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a quelque temps, j&rsquo;ai vu ce pain \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail tendance sur TikTok o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on faisait r\u00f4tir une t\u00eate d&rsquo;ail enti\u00e8re au lieu d&rsquo;utiliser de l&rsquo;ail cru pour faire du pain \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail. Et honn\u00eatement, \u00e7a change tout au niveau du go\u00fbt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis, je fais toujours mon pain \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail avec de l&rsquo;ail r\u00f4ti. C&rsquo;est tellement meilleur! La torr\u00e9faction garde cette saveur intense de l&rsquo;ail cru, mais il est beaucoup plus facile \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer. En bonus, tu obtiens une note sucr\u00e9e et caram\u00e9lis\u00e9e qui est juste top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette recette, j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 du gochujang (p\u00e2te de piment rouge cor\u00e9en), et l\u00e0, comment te dire&#8230; c&rsquo;est juste incroyable! Les mots ne suffisent pas pour d\u00e9crire \u00e0 quel point c&rsquo;est bon. Prends du beurre, de l&rsquo;ail et du gochujang, teste cette recette et, crois-moi, tu vas devenir accro!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le pain \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail et au gochujang ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pain \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail et au gochujang, c\u2019est une <strong>version encore plus gourmande du pain \u00e0 l\u2019ail classique<\/strong> (ou \u00ab\u00a0garlic bread\u00a0\u00bb comme on l&rsquo;entend souvent en anglais). Plut\u00f4t que d\u2019utiliser de l\u2019ail cru, on utilise de l\u2019ail r\u00f4ti pour lui donner une saveur plus douce, sucr\u00e9e et caram\u00e9lis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le gochujang, lui, apporte cette profonde saveur d&rsquo;umami avec une petite pointe d\u2019\u00e9pice. Mais pas d\u2019inqui\u00e9tude, ce n\u2019est pas piquant du tout! M\u00eame si tu n\u2019es pas fan de plats piquants, tu vas l\u2019adorer. \u00c7a apporte un go\u00fbt r\u00e9confortant, un peu comme le paprika, qui se marie parfaitement avec le beurre \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rendre ce pain encore plus irr\u00e9sistible, coupe ta baguette dans la longueur pour avoir une belle surface \u00e0 tartiner avec le beurre \u00e0 l\u2019ail. Ensuite, ajoute une bonne dose de mozzarella fondue par-dessus. R\u00e9sultat: un pain \u00e0 l\u2019ail croustillant, fondant et plein de saveurs. C\u2019est parfait en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/categorie\/type-de-plat\/accompagnements\/\">accompagnement<\/a> ou m\u00eame comme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/categorie\/type-de-plat\/en-cas\/\">en-cas<\/a>!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le gochujang?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu ne connais pas encore le <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Gochujang\">gochujang<\/a>, il s\u2019agit d\u2019une p\u00e2te de piment cor\u00e9en \u00e0 base de poudre de piment rouge, de riz gluant et de soja ferment\u00e9. Ce n\u2019est pas ultra-piquant, mais plut\u00f4t un peu \u00e9pic\u00e9, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fum\u00e9 et bourr\u00e9 de saveurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ach\u00e8tes-en dans une \u00e9picerie asiatique et crois-moi, tu vas vite l\u2019adopter. Il y a mille et une fa\u00e7ons de l\u2019utiliser! Par exemple, tu peux pr\u00e9parer des plats cor\u00e9ens embl\u00e9matiques comme le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/poulet-frit-coreen-piquant-dakgangjeong\/\">poulet frit cor\u00e9en<\/a>, le dakbokkeumtang ou encore le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/dakgalbi\/\">dakgalbi<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ail<\/strong> \u2013 Utilise une t\u00eate d\u2019ail ordinaire de taille moyenne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sel et poivre<\/strong> \u2013 Assaisonne l\u2019ail avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel et de poivre avant de le r\u00f4tir pour rehausser sa saveur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huile d\u2019olive<\/strong> \u2013 Un petit filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive pour \u00e9viter que l\u2019ail ne se dess\u00e8che pendant la cuisson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Baguette<\/strong> \u2013 Je prends une petite baguette, environ la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019une baguette standard. Si tu utilises une baguette enti\u00e8re, double les autres ingr\u00e9dients. Attention, la densit\u00e9 des baguettes peut varier, donc tu n\u2019auras peut-\u00eatre pas besoin de tout le beurre \u00e0 l\u2019ail. Le gochujang a une saveur unique qu\u2019il est difficile de reproduire. Mais si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res, tu peux l&rsquo;omettre mais tu obtiendras un pail \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail plus classique.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:6px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Poudre de parmesan<\/strong> \u2013 Une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe suffit. Le parmesan se marie parfaitement avec l&rsquo;ail r\u00f4ti et ajoute un bon go\u00fbt de fromage et une note sal\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Persil s\u00e9ch\u00e9<\/strong> \u2013 Tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9 dans les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/categorie\/cuisine\/coreen\/\">plats cor\u00e9ens<\/a>, il ajoute une touche de couleur. Elle offre le parfait \u00e9quilibre entre une cro\u00fbte croustillante et une texture moelleuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res une texture plus soft<\/strong>, un morceaux de pain fera parfaitement l\u2019affaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Et si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res plus de cro\u00fbte<\/strong>, la <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ciabatta\">ciabatta<\/a> est aussi une bonne option, m\u00eame si elle absorbera un peu moins de beurre. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment faire du pain \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail et au gochujang?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>R\u00f4tir l&rsquo;ail<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200 \u00b0C. Couper le haut du bulbe d&rsquo;ail pour exposer les gousses. Placer sur un morceau de papier d&rsquo;aluminium. Assaisonner de sel et de poivre, puis arroser d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Envelopper l&rsquo;ail dans du papier d&rsquo;aluminium et faire r\u00f4tir au four pendant 40 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les gousses soient tendres et dor\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer le beurre \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail et au gochujang<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Une fois l&rsquo;ail r\u00f4ti, presser les gousses ramollies dans un bol. Ajouter le beurre, le gochujang, la poudre de parmesan, le persil s\u00e9ch\u00e9 et l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.
