Cela dit, je m\u2019offre un petit plaisir une ou deux fois par semaine avec par exemple des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/pancakes\/\">pancakes<\/a> ou des viennoiseries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais comme je suis une vraie gourmande, j\u2019aime bien me faire plaisir de temps en temps. Et ces flocons d\u2019avoine \u00e0 la banane et au biscuit sont une vraie p\u00e9pite! Ils sont compos\u00e9s d\u2019avoine, de yaourt, de lait d\u2019amande, de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable, de graines de chia et de banane. R\u00e9sultat? Un petit-d\u00e9jeuner riche en fibres et en prot\u00e9ines qui va te r\u00e9galer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La petite touche magique, c\u2019est une fine couche de <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sp%C3%A9culoos\">p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner sp\u00e9culoos<\/a> fondue sur le dessus, avec des morceaux de sp\u00e9culoos \u00e9cras\u00e9s. Honn\u00eatement, pourquoi s\u2019arr\u00eater \u00e0 ce qui est bon quand on peut le rendre excellent?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oh, et puisqu\u2019on utilise du sp\u00e9culoos ici, on peut peut-\u00eatre appeler \u00e7a overnight oats belges, non? \ud83e\udd23 J\u2019ai grandi en Belgique (jette un \u0153il \u00e0 mes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/categorie\/cuisine\/belge-francais\/\">recettes belges\/fran\u00e7aises<\/a>) et les sp\u00e9culoos ont toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 parmi mes biscuits pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overnight oats, c&rsquo;est quoi?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>overnight oats<\/strong> ou \u00ab\u00a0<strong>flocons d&rsquo;avoine du lendemain<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb ou encore \u00ab\u00a0<strong>porridge du lendemain<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, contrairement au porridge ou aux flocons d\u2019avoine cuits, sont simplement des flocons d\u2019avoine tremp\u00e9s dans du liquide et r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9s toute la nuit. Ils sont super pratiques parce qu\u2019il n\u2019y a <strong>aucune cuisson<\/strong> \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant, je cuisais mes flocons d\u2019avoine au micro-ondes chaque matin. M\u00eame si j\u2019aime encore un bon bol de flocons d\u2019avoine chaud, les <em>overnight oats<\/em> sont tellement plus pratiques. Tu peux tout <strong>pr\u00e9parer la veille<\/strong> et \u00e9viter de perdre du temps \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer ton petit d\u00e9j (team toujours en retard le matin\ud83d\ude4b\u200d\u2640\ufe0f). Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1932 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lotusbakeries.be\/nl\/producten\/speculoos\" rel=\"nofollow\">Lotus<\/a>, ces biscuits croustillants, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9pic\u00e9s et au go\u00fbt unique de caramel. Aujourd\u2019hui, on voit de plus en plus le nom <em>Biscoff<\/em> \u00e0 la place de <em>sp\u00e9culoos<\/em>. Initialement utilis\u00e9 pour l\u2019international, le nom semble avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 harmonis\u00e9, car m\u00eame en Belgique, les paquets portent d\u00e9sormais l\u2019inscription <em>Biscoff<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Belgique, on les sert souvent avec un caf\u00e9 ou un th\u00e9. Si tu ne les as jamais tremp\u00e9s dans ton caf\u00e9, tu rates quelque chose: c\u2019est vraiment top! \u2615<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sp\u00e9culoos sont aussi parfaits pour les bases de cheesecake. Jette un \u0153il \u00e0 mes <strong>cheesecakes \u00e0 l\u2019ananas et \u00e0 la noix de coco<\/strong> ou \u00e0 mes <strong>mini cheesecakes aux fraises<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pour couronner le tout, Lotus a m\u00eame lanc\u00e9 la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner Biscoff, lisse ou avec des morceaux de biscuits. Ils absorbent bien le liquide, ce qui te donne une texture cr\u00e9meuse sans devenir p\u00e2teuse. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Graines de chia<\/strong> \u2013 Je mets presque toujours des graines de chia dans mes overnight oats. Non seulement elles sont riches en fibres, mais elles absorbent aussi le liquide et cr\u00e9ent une texture g\u00e9latineuse qui rend l\u2019avoine cr\u00e9meux et semblable \u00e0 du pudding. Si tu d\u00e9cides de l&rsquo;omettre, r\u00e9duis juste la quantit\u00e9 de lait d\u2019environ 60 ml.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Yaourt grec<\/strong> \u2013 J\u2019adore ajouter du yaourt grec \u00e0 mes overnight oats. Il est plus \u00e9pais et cr\u00e9meux que le yaourt classique, ce qui donne une consistance top. Mais si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res une texture plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re, n\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 l\u2019omettre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/strong> \u2013 Le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable est mon \u00e9dulcorant pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 pour les overnight oats. Mais tu peux le remplacer par du miel, du sucre, de la cassonade ou m\u00eame un \u00e9dulcorant hypocalorique si c\u2019est ce que tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res. Quand je fais du caramel beurre sal\u00e9, je l\u2019utilise parfois pour sucrer mes overnight oats \ud83d\ude0b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lait d\u2019amande<\/strong> \u2013 Je choisis g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement du lait d\u2019amande ou de coco quand je pr\u00e9pare des overnight oats. Ils sont plus l\u00e9gers et ont plus de go\u00fbt que le lait de vache classique. Mais tu peux utiliser le lait de ton choix, tout type de lait fonctionne dans cette recette!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Garniture:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>P\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner sp\u00e9culoos<\/strong> \u2013 La star de cette recette! Fais fondre de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner sp\u00e9culoos sur tes overnight oats \u00e0 la banane. Selon la taille de tes contenants, tu peux en mettre plus ou moins pour couvrir le dessus. Une bonne quantit\u00e9, c\u2019est environ 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe par portion, juste assez pour avoir ce go\u00fbt d\u00e9licieux de sp\u00e9culoos sans trop en faire (on est quand m\u00eame au petit-d\u00e9jeuner, pas au dessert).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Biscuit sp\u00e9culoos<\/strong> \u2013 C\u2019est totalement facultatif et je ne l\u2019ajoute pas \u00e0 chaque fois que je pr\u00e9pare cette recette. Mais quand j\u2019ai envie (ou pour l&rsquo;esth\u00e9tique d&rsquo;une photo), j\u2019aime bien saupoudrer quelques miettes de biscuits sp\u00e9culoos sur les bords de ma tasse pour une petite touche sympa!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quel type d&rsquo;avoine utiliser pour les overnight oats?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;avoine roul\u00e9!<\/strong> Comme je le mentionnais, les flocons d\u2019avoine roul\u00e9s (aussi appel\u00e9s <strong>flocons d\u2019avoine \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne<\/strong>) sont la meilleure option pour les overnight oats. Ils absorbent parfaitement le liquide sans devenir p\u00e2teux et apporte une belle texture moelleuse o\u00f9 tu peux encore sentir les grains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les flocons d\u2019avoine instantan\u00e9s ou rapides sont trop fins et se d\u00e9composeront dans le liquide, ce qui te donnera un m\u00e9lange trop humide et d\u00e9tremp\u00e9. Ce n\u2019est pas du tout ce qu&rsquo;on veut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les flocons d\u2019avoine irlandais, en revanche, sont des grains d\u2019avoine hach\u00e9s \u00e9pais qui doivent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00eatre cuits. Pas l&rsquo;id\u00e9al pour tremper toute la nuit, car ils restent trop durs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le ratio avoine\/lait<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>ratio avoine:lait<\/strong> que j\u2019utilise est de 1:1 en termes de volume (pas de mesures pr\u00e9cises). Donc, pour une portion, j\u2019utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 1\/2 tasse d\u2019avoine et 1\/2 tasse de lait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Je m\u00e9lange souvent les mesures am\u00e9ricaines (en tasses et cuill\u00e8res) et m\u00e9triques, selon ce qui est le plus pratique pour chaque ingr\u00e9dient. Comme les overnight oats sont rapides \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et ne demandent pas de mesures pr\u00e9cises, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser une tasse plut\u00f4t qu\u2019une balance.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela dit, le rapport avoine:lait peut varier selon quelques facteurs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Si tu utilises de l\u2019eau au lieu du lait<\/strong>, je te conseille de r\u00e9duire le liquide d\u2019un quart, sauf si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res une consistance plus fine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Si tu n\u2019ajoutes pas de graines de chia<\/strong>, r\u00e9duis aussi le liquide d\u2019un quart. Les graines de chia absorbent le liquide et aident \u00e0 cr\u00e9er cette texture cr\u00e9meuse et \u00e9paisse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Si tu ne mets pas de yaourt grec<\/strong> (ou de yaourt classique), r\u00e9duis \u00e9galement le liquide d\u2019un quart, sauf si tu souhaites une consistance plus fluide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les bienfaits des graines de chia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La principale raison pour laquelle j\u2019adore ajouter des graines de chia \u00e0 mes overnight oats, c\u2019est qu\u2019elles donnent une <strong>consistance riche, cr\u00e9meuse et semblable \u00e0 celle d\u2019un pudding<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais ce n\u2019est pas tout! Les graines de chia sont pleines de min\u00e9raux, de fibres, d\u2019acides gras om\u00e9ga-3 et d\u2019antioxydants.
