Ces nouilles font un carton sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, souvent utilis\u00e9es pour les d\u00e9fis de nouilles piquantes ou dans des mukbangs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a plein de variantes de ces nouilles: au fromage, au curry, au toppoki, au jajang, \u00e0 la carbonara, et plus encore. Traditionnellement, on utilise des <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/S%C5%8Dmen\">somyeon<\/a> (des nouilles fines de sarrasin), mais pour cette recette, on va se simplifier la vie avec des ramen instantan\u00e9s buldak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sachet de sauce piquante des ramen est parfait pour la base de la sauce. Et j\u2019ajoute un peu de thon parce que j\u2019aime bien avoir du poisson ou de la viande avec mes ramen pour en faire un vrai repas complet. En plus, le thon se marie super bien avec ces nouilles bien piquantes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredient notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Buldak ramyun<\/strong> \u2013 Utilise une version au go\u00fbt neutre, comme l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3DnXq34\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">original<\/a> (le paquet noir qu\u2019on utilise dans cette recette) ou le <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/49Adj2w\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">rouge<\/a> (encore plus piquant). \u00c9vite les versions aromatis\u00e9es comme celui \u00e0 la carbonara, au jajjang ou au fromage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Thon en conserve<\/strong> \u2013 Comme indiqu\u00e9 ci-dessus, le bibim guksu, \u00e0 la base, n\u2019est pas servi avec du thon. Commencer avec moins de sauce si tu crains que ce soit trop piquant pour toi. Si pas, ajoute toute la sauce. Pour cette recette, je mets juste la moiti\u00e9 du paquet, mais si tu veux que ce soit encore moins piquant, ajoute-en moins. C\u2019est toi qui d\u00e9cides, alors fais comme tu le sens!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained
