Le saumon marin\u00e9 est enrob\u00e9 d\u2019une d\u00e9licieuse sauce teriyaki maison, puis servi sur du riz avec de l\u2019avocat et des edamames. Ou juste pas envie de passer des heures en cuisine? <\/strong>Ce d\u00e9licieux donburi au saumon teriyaki est exactement ce qu\u2019il te faut pour un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/categorie\/moins-de-30-minutes\/\">repas rapide<\/a> et sans prise de t\u00eate!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9pare la marinade teriyaki, coupe ton saumon, et laisse-le mariner pendant que tu te d\u00e9tends. Ensuite, il ne te reste qu\u2019\u00e0 cuire le saumon et \u00e9paissir la sauce. Super simple, non? Si tu aimes ce genre de plats simples et rapides, je te recommande aussi mon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/poke-bowl-saumon\/\">poke bowl au saumon<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, quand je vivais en Australie, j\u2019achetais toujours ma <strong>sauce teriyaki<\/strong> en magasin. Mais apr\u00e8s mon retour en Belgique, impossible d\u2019en trouver. Alors, je me suis dit \u00ab Pourquoi ne pas essayer de la faire moi-m\u00eame? \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 des ingr\u00e9dients de base que j\u2019avais sous la main: sauce soja, ail, cassonade, huile de s\u00e9same, miel, et gingembre. Le r\u00e9sultat? INCROYABLE. Le go\u00fbt \u00e9tait exactement comme celui des restos japonais ou des sauces pr\u00eates du commerce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis, je l\u2019associe souvent \u00e0 du saumon, du riz blanc et de l\u2019avocat, mais j\u2019aime aussi y ajouter des edamames, des oignons jeunes, des graines de s\u00e9same ou encore des \u00ab\u00a0sprinkles\u00a0\u00bb d\u2019algues sal\u00e9es. Ce plat est tellement simple et rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer que c\u2019est devenu un incontournable chez moi. Et \u00e0 chaque fois, c\u2019est un succ\u00e8s garanti!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Saumon<\/strong> \u2013 Je coupe le saumon en d\u00e9s, mais tu peux aussi le garder entier si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Riz<\/strong> \u2013 Pour les bols de riz, j\u2019utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement du riz \u00e0 grains courts, que j\u2019ai toujours sous la main pour mes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/categorie\/cuisine\/coreen\/\">plats cor\u00e9ens<\/a>. Je trouve qu\u2019il se marie mieux avec les bols d\u2019inspiration japonaise puisqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de riz rond, mais si tu n\u2019en as pas, du riz \u00e0 grains longs fera tr\u00e8s bien l\u2019affaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Avocat<\/strong> \u2013 Il ajoute une texture cr\u00e9meuse et riche qui compl\u00e8te parfaitement le riz et le saumon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Graines de s\u00e9same<\/strong> \u2013 C\u2019est parfait comme garniture pour ajouter un peu de croquant et une l\u00e9g\u00e8re saveur de noisette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sprinkle d\u2019algues sal\u00e9es<\/strong> \u2013 J\u2019adore utiliser ceux de la marque <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saitaku.co\/fr\/products\/poke-sprinkle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Saitaku<\/a>, que je trouve facilement en supermarch\u00e9. Ces petits morceaux croquants et sal\u00e9s ajoutent une touche d\u2019umami irr\u00e9sistible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oignon jeune <\/strong>\u2013 Juste pour la garniture: \u00e7a apporte une belle touche de couleur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">marinade:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ail<\/strong> \u2013 Donne une belle profondeur aromatique et une base savoureuse \u00e0 la marinade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gingembre<\/strong> \u2013 Ajoute une petite touche piquante et fra\u00eeche qui \u00e9quilibre le c\u00f4t\u00e9 sucr\u00e9 de la sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sucre roux<\/strong> \u2013 Il apporte une note sucr\u00e9e et riche, avec un petit go\u00fbt de m\u00e9lasse qui \u00e9quilibre bien le c\u00f4t\u00e9 sal\u00e9 de la sauce soja. Je te conseille de ne pas le remplacer par un autre type de sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sauce soja<\/strong> \u2013 L\u2019ingr\u00e9dient cl\u00e9 pour une base sal\u00e9e et riche en umami. J\u2019utilise souvent de la sauce soja japonaise ou cor\u00e9enne, mais fais attention avec la sauce soja chinoise, qui peut \u00eatre un peu plus sal\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Miel<\/strong> \u2013 Apporte une touche sucr\u00e9e naturelle et aide \u00e0 \u00e9paissir la sauce pour une texture bien lisse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huile de s\u00e9same<\/strong> \u2013 Ajoute une saveur de noix qui rend la sauce encore plus irr\u00e9sistible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agent \u00e9paississant brun<\/strong> \u2013 Id\u00e9al pour \u00e9paissir la sauce sans alt\u00e9rer sa couleur, mais si tu n\u2019en as pas, la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs fonctionne aussi (elle \u00e9claircira juste un peu ta sauce).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eau<\/strong> \u2013 Elle permet d\u2019\u00e9quilibrer les saveurs et d\u2019obtenir une sauce \u00e0 la consistance parfaite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PR\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la marinade&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013 M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la marinade dans un bol.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Couper le saumon en morceaux de la taille d\u2019une bouch\u00e9e, puis les ajouter \u00e0 la marinade. Chauffer l\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-vif. Ajouter le saumon et cuire pendant environ 5 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit bien cuit. J\u2019aime aussi varier entre le concombre et l\u2019edamame. Ces trois-l\u00e0 sont mes favoris avec le saumon teriyaki, mais tu peux aussi ajouter plein d\u2019autres l\u00e9gumes comme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brocoli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chou-fleur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haricots verts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Petits pois<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aubergine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Champignons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tempura de l\u00e9gumes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sers le saumon et les l\u00e9gumes sur du <strong>riz blanc <\/strong>ou le type de riz de ton choix.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conservation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9frig\u00e9ration<\/strong>: Laisse refroidir ton bol, puis conserve le saumon dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique au frigo pendant 3 jours max. Concernant le riz et les l\u00e9gumes, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de les pr\u00e9parer tout frais le jour m\u00eame. Le riz durcit au frigo, et l&rsquo;avocat noircit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cong\u00e9lation<\/strong>: Mets le saumon dans un sac cong\u00e9lation et garde-le au cong\u00e9lo jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2 ou 3 mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9chauffer<\/strong>: R\u00e9chauffe le saumon teriyaki au micro-ondes, au four ou \u00e0 la po\u00eale pour \u00e9viter que \u00e7a ne s\u00e8che. Couvre et ajoute un peu d\u2019eau ou de sauce pour garder l\u2019humidit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D&rsquo;autres recettes japonaises pour accompagner ce donburi?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9pare des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/gyoza\/\">gyozas<\/a> maison \u00e0 servir en accompagnement ou en entr\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuite,
