Un peu comme mes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/crevettes-frites-a-la-noix-de-coco\/\">crevettes frites \u00e0 la noix de coco<\/a> ou mes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/nems-vietnamiens\/\">nems vietnamiens<\/a>, c\u2019est toujours un succ\u00e8s!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est en fait une recette de ma m\u00e8re, qui est une variante de celle de ma grand-m\u00e8re. Ces croquettes peuvent \u00eatre servies en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/categorie\/type-de-plat\/entrees\/\">entr\u00e9e<\/a>, mais aussi en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/categorie\/type-de-plat\/accompagnements\/\">accompagnement<\/a> de viande, de poisson, de l\u00e9gumes, ou de ce que tu veux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si je les sers en accompagnement, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les fa\u00e7onner en forme cylindrique comme des croquettes classiques. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Macaroni <\/strong>\u2013 Les macaronis sont parfaits pour cette recette parce qu&rsquo;ils sont petits et faciles \u00e0 couper. Mais n\u2019importe quel type de p\u00e2tes fera l\u2019affaire, m\u00eame des spaghettis \u2013 la b\u00e9chamel aide \u00e0 tout maintenir ensemble. Pense \u00e0 cuire les p\u00e2tes quelques minutes de plus que ce qui est indiqu\u00e9 sur l\u2019emballage, car ici, l\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas d\u2019avoir des p\u00e2tes al dente. Des p\u00e2tes bien cuites seront plus faciles \u00e0 travailler et \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/strong> \u2013 J\u2019utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de l\u2019emmental pour cette recette, il a une saveur douce qui compl\u00e8te bien le plat sans \u00eatre trop fort. Comme la combinaison de p\u00e2tes et de friture est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une combinaison plut\u00f4t riche, un fromage au go\u00fbt plus l\u00e9ger est parfait.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jambon <\/strong>\u2013 Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser des lani\u00e8res de jambon parce qu\u2019elles sont faciles \u00e0 couper une fois m\u00e9lang\u00e9es, mais le jambon en d\u00e9s fonctionne aussi tr\u00e8s bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>B\u00e9chamel <\/strong>\u2013 Pour cette recette, tu dois pr\u00e9parer une b\u00e9chamel plus \u00e9paisse que d\u2019habitude. Cette consistance plus \u00e9paisse aide \u00e0 maintenir les p\u00e2tes ensemble lors du fa\u00e7onnage des croquettes. Pour l\u2019obtenir, il faut un peu plus de beurre et de farine. J\u2019utilise un m\u00e9lange de lait et d\u2019eau pour la base liquide, mais si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res une b\u00e9chamel plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re, tu peux remplacer tout le lait par de l\u2019eau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Que servir avec ces croquettes de p\u00e2tes?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En <strong>entr\u00e9e<\/strong>: tu peux les servir avec de la salade, des tomates ou une sauce tomate assaisonn\u00e9e. Je pr\u00e9pare g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une sauce tomate, je l\u2019assaisonne avec des herbes et j\u2019ajoute du persil frais par-dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En <strong>accompagnement<\/strong>: tu peux les servir avec ce que tu veux, de la viande, de l\u00e9gumes, etc. Si tu pr\u00e9pares cette recette en accompagnement, tu peux aussi laisser de c\u00f4t\u00e9 le jambon si tu as d\u00e9j\u00e0 de la viande dans ton plat.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cuire les p\u00e2tes&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013 Faire cuire les macaronis (ou les p\u00e2tes de ton choix) dans une casserole d\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e pendant environ 9 minutes. Les p\u00e2tes doivent \u00eatre bien cuites, pas al dente. Ajuster le temps de cuisson selon le type de p\u00e2tes (ajouter 1 ou 2 minutes de plus que les indications du paquet).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la b\u00e9chamel&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013 Faire fondre le beurre dans une casserole \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajouter la farine en fouettant pour obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser progressivement l\u2019eau tout en fouettant, puis ajouter le cube de bouillon de poulet. Faire cuire 2\u20133 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paississe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporer lentement le lait en continuant de fouetter. Cuire encore 2\u20133 minutes pour obtenir une b\u00e9chamel bien \u00e9paisse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assaisonner avec du sel, du poivre et une pinc\u00e9e de muscade. Retirer du feu et ajouter l\u2019emmental r\u00e2p\u00e9. Tu peux les garder au cong\u00e9lateur jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 mois.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9chauffer<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Four\/air fryer<\/strong>: R\u00e9chauffe les croquettes \u00e0 180 \u00b0C jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient bien chaudes et croustillantes (10 \u00e0 20 minutes, selon si elles sont congel\u00e9es ou r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9es).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9vite de les mettre au micro-ondes, \u00e7a risquerait de les ramollir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
