Car cette recette ne va pas vraiment t&rsquo;aider \u00e0 perdre du poids \ud83d\ude05 Mais je devais absolument la partager avec toi, parce que CES GAUFRES BELGES SONT TELLEMENT ADDICTIVES!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu te dis s\u00fbrement \u00ab\u00a0encore une recette de gaufres belges? J&rsquo;en ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu 1000\u00a0\u00bb. L&rsquo;Internet est plein de recettes de gaufres. Mais combien sont vraiment authentiques? Et combien d&rsquo;endroits pr\u00e9tendant vendre des \u00ab\u00a0gaufres belges\u00a0\u00bb hors Belgique servent vraiment les vraies gaufres?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que Belge et passionn\u00e9e de voyages, je peux te dire que j&rsquo;ai tout vu. Beaucoup de gaufres \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger sont d\u00e9licieuses, mais elles ne sont pas vraiment traditionnelles. Ayant grandi en Belgique, tu ne peux pas me tromper quand il s&rsquo;agit de gaufres belges authentiques \ud83d\ude0b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette, c&rsquo;est celle de ma maman. Elle fait ces gaufres chaque ann\u00e9e au Nouvel An, depuis aussi longtemps que je me souvienne. C&rsquo;est une vraie tradition familiale, et maintenant je suis trop contente de la partager avec toi. C\u2019est simple: elles sont faites avec <strong>quatre ingr\u00e9dients <\/strong>\u2013 farine, sucre, beurre et \u0153ufs \u2013 et <strong>chaque ingr\u00e9dient a un poids \u00e9gal<\/strong>. D&rsquo;ailleurs tu savais que la p\u00e2te \u00e9tait exactement la m\u00eame que celle du classique \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Quatre-quarts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">g\u00e2teau 4\/4<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0? Alors tu peux m\u00eame te servir de cette recette pour en faire un g\u00e2teau!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais attention, ces gaufres ne sont pas les c\u00e9l\u00e8bres gaufres de Li\u00e8ge ou de Bruxelles que tout le monde conna\u00eet. C\u2019est un autre type de gaufre, que l\u2019on pr\u00e9pare traditionnellement pour le Nouvel An en Belgique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On les sert \u00e0 la famille et aux amis qui viennent \u00e9changer leurs v\u0153ux. Et comme tu t\u2019en doutes, on ne pr\u00e9pare pas juste une petite dizaine de gaufres, on en fait tout un tas pour pouvoir les partager avec tout le monde!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Farine tout usage<\/strong> \u2013 Pour de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats, utilise uniquement de la farine tout usage. \u00c9vite de la remplacer par d\u2019autres types de farine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sucre en poudre<\/strong> \u2013 Ne r\u00e9duis pas la quantit\u00e9 de sucre dans cette recette. M\u00eame si je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utiliser moins de sucre dans mes recettes, ici, le sucre est important pour le rapport 4\/4 et pour obtenir la texture parfaite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beurre <\/strong>\u2013 Une fois fondu, laisse le beurre refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avant de le m\u00e9langer aux autres ingr\u00e9dients. \u00c7a permet d\u2019obtenir une p\u00e2te bien homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u0152ufs <\/strong>\u2013 J\u2019utilise des \u0153ufs de taille moyenne pour cette recette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sucre vanill\u00e9<\/strong> \u2013 Si tu ne trouves pas de sucre vanill\u00e9, tu peux soit l\u2019omettre, soit ajouter une goutte d\u2019extrait de vanille avec la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de sucre. Le sucre vanill\u00e9 donne une touche de vanille subtile sans trop envahir la recette. Si tu utilises de l\u2019extrait de vanille, assure-toi que ce soit de l&rsquo;extrait et pas de l\u2019essence ou de l\u2019ar\u00f4me de vanille, car certaines marques peuvent avoir un arri\u00e8re-go\u00fbt chimique (j&rsquo;en ai fait l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience \ud83d\ude05).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer la farine, le sucre, le beurre fondu, les \u0153ufs et le sucre vanill\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cuire les gaufres<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Utiliser un batteur ou un robot de cuisine pour m\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que tout soit bien incorpor\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9gler ton gaufrier \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9poser une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse de p\u00e2te sur le gaufrier, fermer et retourner imm\u00e9diatement pour r\u00e9partir la p\u00e2te de mani\u00e8re uniforme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire cuire la gaufre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit bien dor\u00e9e. Le temps de cuisson varie selon la puissance de ton gaufrier, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre 1 minute et 1 minute 45 secondes. Mais on a remarqu\u00e9 que la texture changeait en fonction de si tu ajoutes les \u0153ufs entiers ou si tu bats les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs s\u00e9par\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu utilises les \u0153ufs entiers tels quels, tu obtiendras des gaufres plus denses, ce que ma famille pr\u00e9f\u00e8re. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En revanche, si tu bats les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, cela rendra la p\u00e2te plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re et donnera des gaufres plus a\u00e9r\u00e9es. Si tu choisis cette option, veille \u00e0 laisser reposer la p\u00e2te au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins 3 heures. Cela permettra \u00e0 la p\u00e2te de se raffermir et \u00e9vitera qu&rsquo;elle ne soit trop liquide \u00e0 la cuisson.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuire des gaufres belges dans un gaufrier ordinaire?<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Un gaufrier belge poss\u00e8de des <strong>grilles plus profondes<\/strong> qu&rsquo;un gaufrier ordinaire, car les gaufres belges traditionnelles (\u00e0 l&rsquo;exception de ces gaufres quatre-quarts) contiennent de la levure et ont besoin d&rsquo;espace pour lever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela dit, tu peux tout \u00e0 fait cuire ces gaufres 4\/4 dans un gaufrier ordinaire, car elles ne contiennent pas de levure. Par contre, pour les gaufres de Bruxelles ou de Li\u00e8ge, un gaufrier classique ne fera pas l&rsquo;affaire. Il n&rsquo;y aura pas assez de place pour que la p\u00e2te l\u00e8ve correctement et elle risque d\u2019\u00eatre comprim\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les gaufriers ordinaires existent sous diff\u00e9rentes formes, tandis qu\u2019un gaufrier belge est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus grand et rectangulaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand tu ach\u00e8tes un gaufrier, pense \u00e0 investir dans la qualit\u00e9. Parmi les marques belges connues pour fabriquer des gaufriers de qualit\u00e9, tu as les marques <a href=\"https:\/\/frifri.be\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">FriFri<\/a> et Nova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Servir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ces gaufres se d\u00e9gustent nature. Pas de cr\u00e8me chantilly, pas de fruits, pas de sauce chocolat. Elles sont servies comme des biscuits. C\u2019est un peu diff\u00e9rent des gaufres de Li\u00e8ge ou de Bruxelles, qui sont souvent garnies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela dit, si tu veux faire preuve de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 ou ajouter des garnitures, n\u2019h\u00e9site surtout pas!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conservation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme toutes les gaufres maison, celles-ci s\u00e8chent assez vite. Le meilleur moyen de les conserver est de les mettre dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique (n\u2019oublie pas de bien refermer le couvercle \u2013 ma famille oublie souvent de le faire apr\u00e8s en avoir grignot\u00e9 quelques-unes \ud83d\ude05).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les garder pendant <strong>3 \u00e0 4 jours<\/strong>. Apr\u00e8s \u00e7a, elles risquent de perdre leur fra\u00eecheur et de devenir plus s\u00e8ches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne les laisse pas tra\u00eener trop longtemps avant de les ranger. D\u00e8s le lendemain, elles auront d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u00e9cher un peu.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\"
