En utilisant moins de basilic et en ajoutant des pistaches grill\u00e9es, le pesto prend une incroyable saveur de noisette et une texture parfaite qui se marie \u00e0 merveille avec la pancetta croustillante. S\u00e9rieusement, \u00e7a change tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant de rencontrer Alex il y a six ans, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais une vraie fan des spaghettis bolo. C\u2019est mon plat de p\u00e2tes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9, donc je n&rsquo;avais m\u00eame pas envisag\u00e9 d&rsquo;essayer autre chose. Je passais \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de tout un monde de p\u00e2tes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puisqu&rsquo;Alex a grandi en Italie, il m\u2019a fait d\u00e9couvrir plein de plats de p\u00e2tes de son enfance, et franchement, \u00e7a m\u2019a ouvert les yeux! Ces p\u00e2tes au pesto de pistache sont maintenant dans mon top 3, juste apr\u00e8s un bon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/spaghetti-carbonara\/\">spaghetti carbonara authentique<\/a>, que j\u2019ai enfin appris \u00e0 faire gr\u00e2ce aux amis italiens d&rsquo;Alex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces p\u00e2tes au pesto de pistache sont devenues l\u2019un de nos plats pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s en semaine. En <strong>30 minutes<\/strong>, c\u2019est pr\u00eat, et c\u2019est tellement plus gouteux qu\u2019un plat tout pr\u00eat du supermarch\u00e9!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faire du pesto maison, c\u2019est super simple<\/strong>: tu mets tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un hachoir ou blender, tu m\u00e9langes, et hop, du pesto frais en quelques minutes! Crois-moi, cette recette vaut vraiment la peine d\u2019\u00eatre test\u00e9e! \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>P\u00e2tes<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 J&rsquo;aime bien changer de type de p\u00e2tes pour varier les plaisirs. Les tortiglioni sont top, mais tu peux aussi utiliser des fusilli, des penne, des farfalle&#8230; bref, tout ce que tu as sous la main, \u00e7a marche!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pancetta<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Si tu n\u2019as plus de pancetta, pas de souci! Tu peux la remplacer par des lardons ou carr\u00e9ment la laisser de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour une version v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tomates cerises<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Je te conseille d\u2019utiliser des tomates cerises. Les tomates classiques peuvent \u00eatre moins sucr\u00e9es et se d\u00e9composer davantage lors de la cuisson, tandis que les tomates cerises gardent leur jus et leur \u00e9clat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oignon<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Utilise un demi-oignon finement tranch\u00e9 ou \u00e9minc\u00e9 pour donner plus de profondeur et de saveur \u00e0 la sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paprika<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Une petite pinc\u00e9e suffit! Une demi-cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 apportera une touche fum\u00e9e subtile qui se marie parfaitement avec la pancetta et le pesto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pesto\">Pesto:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pistaches non sal\u00e9es<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 N&rsquo;utilise surtout pas de pistaches sal\u00e9es, sinon tu ne go\u00fbteras que le sel (crois-moi, j\u2019ai tent\u00e9!). Pense \u00e0 les griller l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pour un petit boost de saveur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parmesan<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Le parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9 donne au pesto toute son onctuosit\u00e9 et son go\u00fbt irr\u00e9sistible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Feuilles de basilic<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Le basilic frais, c\u2019est indispensable pour le go\u00fbt classique du pesto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huile d&rsquo;olive extra vierge<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Choisis une huile d&rsquo;olive extra vierge de bonne qualit\u00e9. Elle va lier tous les ingr\u00e9dients. \u00c9vite les huiles neutres comme l\u2019huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale ou de canola, ainsi que les huiles trop fortes comme l\u2019huile de coco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sel<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Une petite pinc\u00e9e suffit, car le parmesan et les pistaches ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 un c\u00f4t\u00e9 sal\u00e9 naturel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Poivre noir moulu<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eau de cuisson des p\u00e2tes<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 N&rsquo;oublie pas de r\u00e9server environ 120 ml de l\u2019eau de cuisson des p\u00e2tes. L&rsquo;amidon va aider \u00e0 rendre ta sauce pesto super lisse et soyeuse, pour qu&rsquo;elle adh\u00e8re bien aux p\u00e2tes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration des p\u00e2tes au pesto de pistache<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cuire les p\u00e2tes&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013 Porter une grande casserole d\u2019eau sal\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Cuire les p\u00e2tes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient al dente (suivre les instructions sur l\u2019emballage). Faire cuire 1 minute, puis ajouter les tomates cerises. Ajouter la pancetta croustillante et le pesto. Il se garde au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur <strong>jusqu\u2019\u00e0 5 jours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pour une conservation plus longue<\/strong>, tu peux congeler le pesto en petites portions (par exemple, dans un bac \u00e0 gla\u00e7ons).
