Le nom \u00ab quiche \u00bb vient en fait du mot&nbsp;<em>k\u00fcchen<\/em>, qui signifie \u00ab g\u00e2teau \u00bb dans le dialecte lorrain local. La version que tu connais aujourd&rsquo;hui, avec sa texture cr\u00e9meuse et ses lardons savoureux, n&rsquo;est apparue qu&rsquo;au 19e si\u00e8cle. Avant cela, il n&rsquo;y avait pas de lardons, juste de petits morceaux de beurre \u00e9tal\u00e9s autour de la quiche avant la cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traditionnellement, une vraie quiche lorraine ne contient que <strong>trois ingr\u00e9dients principaux: des \u0153ufs, de la cr\u00e8me et des lardons<\/strong>. Mais selon l&rsquo;endroit o\u00f9 tu te trouves, tu peux tomber sur des variantes. Par exemple :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La quiche vosgienne (de la r\u00e9gion des Vosges) qui comprend du fromage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La quiche alsacienne (d&rsquo;Alsace) qui comprend des oignons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, la quiche lorraine est devenue super populaire dans le monde entier, et chacun y va de sa propre touche. C\u2019est une recette tellement facile \u00e0 adapter \u00e0 ton go\u00fbt: ajoute un peu de fromage, des l\u00e9gumes ou des herbes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai grandi en Belgique, o\u00f9 la cuisine fran\u00e7aise est super pr\u00e9sente, et la quiche a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un plat incontournable. C\u2019est un classique qu\u2019on pr\u00e9pare pour un d\u00e9jeuner rapide, un d\u00eener facile, ou m\u00eame comme entr\u00e9e pour les invit\u00e9s (les mini-quiches, c\u2019est un succ\u00e8s assur\u00e9!). Simple, d\u00e9licieux, et toujours appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 de tous. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u00e2te<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme cette recette est 100 % maison, j\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 de la <strong>p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e<\/strong>. Elle est <strong>rapide et super simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser<\/strong>, avec seulement quatre ingr\u00e9dients de base: farine, sel, jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf et beurre. La pr\u00e9paration prend <strong>moins de 10 minutes<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela dit, la <strong>p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<\/strong> est aussi une option top pour la quiche. Perso, j\u2019aime les deux, alors je varie en fonction de mes envies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand je choisis la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e, je l&rsquo;ach\u00e8te g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement au supermarch\u00e9. Faire de la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e maison, c\u2019est un vrai d\u00e9fi! \u00c7a peut prendre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 deux jours pour la pr\u00e9parer, et je n&rsquo;ai pas cette patience \ud83d\ude05 Donc, si tu veux une quiche rapide apr\u00e8s une longue journ\u00e9e, la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e achet\u00e9e en magasin te permettra de pr\u00e9parer ta quiche en moins de 10 minutes. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Garniture<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>M\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u0153ufs<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Pour la base, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re un m\u00e9lange de cr\u00e8me et un peu de lait. L\u2019ajout d\u2019un peu de lait donne une texture plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re, ce que j\u2019adore. Certaines personnes pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent un rapport 50\/50 entre la cr\u00e8me et le lait, mais je trouve que \u00e7a rend la quiche moins cr\u00e9meuse. Apr\u00e8s, c\u2019est une question de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence personnelle. \u00c0 toi de trouver ton \u00e9quilibre parfait!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lardons<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 J\u2019aime utiliser des lardons fins (aussi appel\u00e9s <em>allumettes<\/em>). Par rapport aux lardons de taille normale, les fins contiennent moins de mati\u00e8res grasses, ce qui les rend plus l\u00e9gers et raffin\u00e9s. Cependant, n\u2019importe quel type de lardons fera tr\u00e8s bien l\u2019affaire dans cette recette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Le <em>gruy\u00e8re <\/em>est le fromage classique de la quiche lorraine, il se marie \u00e0 merveille avec le plat. Si tu n\u2019as pas de gruy\u00e8re, pas de panique! Tu peux utiliser n\u2019importe quel fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9, comme ceux \u00e9tiquet\u00e9s pour les gratins. \u00c9vite les fromages forts comme le parmesan, qui risqueraient de dominer la quiche. Tu peux soit saupoudrer le fromage sur le dessus du m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u0153ufs pour une cro\u00fbte l\u00e9g\u00e8re, soit le m\u00e9langer directement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration pour une saveur plus int\u00e9gr\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oignons<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 \u00c9mincer des oignons et les ajouter \u00e0 la garniture est un excellent moyen d\u2019en rehausser la saveur. J\u2019utilise des oignons dans presque toutes mes quiches, c\u2019est un petit truc simple pour apporter plus de go\u00fbt !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beurre<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Pas indispensable, mais j\u2019aime bien ajouter des petits d\u00e9s de beurre sur la surface de la p\u00e2te, comme dans la m\u00e9thode traditionnelle de pr\u00e9paration de la quiche lorraine. Cela ajoute un peu d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 et de richesse au m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u0153ufs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sel, poivre, muscade<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Fais attention \u00e0 ne pas trop saler, car les lardons sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien sal\u00e9s. Une petite pinc\u00e9e de sel devrait suffire. Ajouter l\u2019oignon et les lardons, et cuire pendant 3 minutes. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c9taler la p\u00e2te<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Saupoudrer un plan de travail de farine, puis \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit tr\u00e8s fine (environ 1 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assembler la quiche&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013&nbsp; Tapisser le moule \u00e0 quiche de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Si tu utilises un moule \u00e0 tarte, une fois la p\u00e2te en place, coupe l\u2019exc\u00e9dent en passant un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie sur les bords pour avoir une coupe nette.
