C\u2019est s\u00fbrement une des raisons pour lesquelles j\u2019en commande rarement. Et puis, honn\u00eatement, ils n\u2019ont jamais assez de sauce \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt! \ud83d\ude05 Et Dieu sait \u00e0 quel point j\u2019aime la sauce dans tous mes plats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les poke bowls font fureur depuis une bonne d\u00e9cennie, alors je me suis dit que ce serait sympa de partager avec toi ma recette maison. C\u2019est <strong>hyper simple \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer<\/strong>, et franchement, la partie la plus longue, c\u2019est de cuire le riz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019une des choses g\u00e9niales avec les poke bowls, c\u2019est leur polyvalence. Tu peux les personnaliser comme tu veux, selon tes go\u00fbts et tes envies du moment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019un poke bowl?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un poke bowl, c\u2019est un <strong>plat hawa\u00efen<\/strong> traditionnel qui se compose g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de <strong>poisson <\/strong>cru marin\u00e9 en d\u00e9s (souvent du saumon ou du thon) servi sur un lit de <strong>riz <\/strong>ou de salade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le poisson est souvent assaisonn\u00e9 avec de la sauce soja, de l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same et d\u2019autres ingr\u00e9dients savoureux. Ensuite, le poke bowl est <strong>garni de l\u00e9gumes frais, de fruits, d\u2019algues et parfois de sauces ou vinaigrettes<\/strong>. R\u00e9sultat? Un bol color\u00e9 et plein de saveurs, avec des textures vari\u00e9es qui en font un repas frais et super satisfaisant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les origines du poke bowl<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les origines du poke bowl viennent d\u2019Hawa\u00ef, o\u00f9 ce plat a une histoire riche et profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9e dans la cuisine locale. Le mot <strong>\u00ab poke \u00bb<\/strong> en hawa\u00efen signifie <strong>\u00ab\u00a0trancher\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0couper\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>, en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on traditionnelle de pr\u00e9parer le poisson: le d\u00e9couper en petits morceaux de la taille d\u2019une bouch\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l\u2019origine, le <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wiktionary.org\/wiki\/pok%C3%A9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">poke<\/a>, c\u2019\u00e9tait tout simple: du poisson fra\u00eechement p\u00each\u00e9, un peu de sel de mer et des algues. Dans les supermarch\u00e9s, tu le trouveras aussi avec l&rsquo;intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0riz \u00e0 sushi\u00a0\u00bb. Le riz \u00e0 grains longs? Sa texture collante et sa saveur subtile se marient parfaitement avec les autres ingr\u00e9dients. En plus, le c\u00f4t\u00e9 collant aide \u00e0 bien tenir les garnitures et la sauce ensemble, pour une bouch\u00e9e parfaite \u00e0 chaque fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tu veux une version plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re ou diff\u00e9rente, tu peux remplacer par du riz brun ou m\u00eame par du chou-fleur \u00e9mitett\u00e9. Par contre, sache que la texture et le go\u00fbt ne seront pas les m\u00eames qu\u2019avec le riz \u00e0 grains courts.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assaisonnement du riz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tu peux choisir de ne pas assaisonner ton riz si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res le garder nature. Mais perso, je trouve que le riz assaisonn\u00e9 fa\u00e7on riz \u00e0 sushi fait toute la diff\u00e9rence. Le riz nature peut parfois \u00eatre un peu fade, alors l\u2019assaisonnement ajoute ce petit truc en plus qui \u00e9l\u00e8ve le plat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vinaigre de riz<\/strong> \u2013 Ajuste la quantit\u00e9 selon tes pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences. Tu peux aussi modifier le ratio sucre\/sel pour obtenir l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre qui te pla\u00eet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sucre<\/strong> \u2013 Utilise du sucre blanc classique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sel<\/strong> \u2013 Utilise du sel de table pour qu&rsquo;il se m\u00e9lange bien au riz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Saumon<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Saumon de qualit\u00e9 sushi<\/strong> \u2013 Si tu optes pour du saumon cru, prends du saumon frais pr\u00e9vu pour \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 cru. \u00c9vite le saumon d\u00e9congel\u00e9 ou pr\u00e9cuit, car ils peuvent avoir une texture et une saveur moins agr\u00e9ables. En choisissant un saumon frais de qualit\u00e9, tu obtiendras un poke bowl aussi savoureux que s\u00fbr pour la sant\u00e9. <em>Pas fan du cru?<\/em> Pas de souci, tu peux cuire ton saumon et le m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la sauce. Il est manipul\u00e9 et stock\u00e9 avec soin pour minimiser les risques de contamination bact\u00e9rienne. En plus, sa fra\u00eecheur et sa texture sont parfaites pour ce plat. Si tu veux une pr\u00e9sentation originale, essaie de le disposer en forme de rose\ud83c\udf39 Veille simplement \u00e0 ce que ton avocat soit bien m\u00fbr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Concombre<\/strong> \u2013 Tranch\u00e9 ou en d\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edamame<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Radis<\/strong> \u2013 Pour une touche de couleur et un peu de croquant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mangue<\/strong> \u2013 Fra\u00eeche ou surgel\u00e9e. Si tu utilises de la mangue surgel\u00e9e, laisse-la d\u00e9congeler avant de la mettre dans ton poke bowl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Furikake<\/strong> \u2013 Cet assaisonnement japonais apporte une note umami, un m\u00e9lange de textures et une petite touche marine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Citron vert<\/strong> \u2013 Juste quelques gouttes pour apporter de la fra\u00eecheur et \u00e9quilibrer les saveurs. Pas besoin de presser tout le quartier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Algues sal\u00e9es <\/strong>\u2013 Facultatif, mais j\u2019adore enrouler un peu de m\u00e9lange du poke bowl dans des algues sal\u00e9es, comme on le ferait pour un <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ssam\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ssam<\/a> cor\u00e9en.
