Le nom dit tout, <em>pat<\/em> (\ud325) fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux haricots rouges sucr\u00e9s, et <em>bingsu<\/em> (\ube59\uc218) signifie glace pil\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9, car il est super frais et rafra\u00eechissant. Le patbingsu, c&rsquo;est vraiment le dessert parfait pour les jours chauds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La version classique du patbingsu, c&rsquo;est juste de la glace pil\u00e9e et des haricots rouges sucr\u00e9s. Tu peux m\u00eame en trouver pr\u00eat \u00e0 emporter dans de petites coupelles dans la section glaces des supermarch\u00e9s cor\u00e9ens ou des sup\u00e9rettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans les caf\u00e9s, par contre, le patbingsu est souvent personnalis\u00e9 avec des garnitures comme des fruits frais, des cornflakes, de petits g\u00e2teaux de riz et une boule de glace. Et bien s\u00fbr, il existe plein de variantes, comme le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/mango-bingsu\/\">bingsu \u00e0 la mangue<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/bingsu-cheesecake-fraise\/\">\u00e0 la fraise<\/a>, qui sont tout aussi populaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Traditionnellement, le patbingsu est fait avec de la glace pil\u00e9e \u00e0 base d&rsquo;eau. Mais de nos jours, la version moderne est \u00e0 base de lait. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ai-je besoin d&rsquo;une machine \u00e0 glace pil\u00e9e?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pr\u00e9paration du patbingsu est super simple. Il suffit d&rsquo;assembler les ingr\u00e9dients. Le seul truc que tu devras pr\u00e9parer toi-m\u00eame, c&rsquo;est la glace pil\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La meilleure option, et la plus pratique, c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;utiliser une <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3pli5KL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">machine \u00e0 glace pil\u00e9e<\/a>, qui te donnera une glace pil\u00e9e ultra fine et l\u00e9g\u00e8re, qui ressemble \u00e0 une montagne enneig\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais si tu n&rsquo;as pas de machine, pas de panique! Il y a une alternative facile: cong\u00e8le du lait dans des sacs en plastique, puis brise la glace grossi\u00e8rement toi-m\u00eame (les instructions d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sont dans la recette ci-dessous). Cette m\u00e9thode fonctionne super bien et tu obtiendras quand m\u00eame un super r\u00e9sultat!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>lait <\/strong>&#8211; j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 du lait demi-\u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9 mais tu peux le remplacer par du lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9, du lait entier, ou m\u00eame du lait sans lactose. Si tu veux une approche plus traditionnelle, tu peux simplement congeler de l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 la place (dans ce cas, omet aussi le lait concentr\u00e9).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>lait concentr\u00e9 sucr\u00e9<\/strong> &#8211; le lait concentr\u00e9 sucr\u00e9 apporte une touche extra cr\u00e9meuse et sucr\u00e9e \u00e0 la glace pil\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Garniture:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>p\u00e2te de haricots rouges sucr\u00e9e cor\u00e9enne<\/strong> &#8211; assure-toi d&rsquo;utiliser la version cor\u00e9enne, car elle contient des morceaux de haricots rouges et a un go\u00fbt et une texture bien diff\u00e9rente de la p\u00e2te de haricots rouges chinoise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>fraises <\/strong>&#8211; j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 des fraises car elles se marient \u00e0 merveille avec la glace au matcha. Mais tu peux les remplacer par n&rsquo;importe quel fruit de ton choix!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>cornflakes <\/strong>&#8211; c&rsquo;est un ajout classique dans les bingsu traditionnels. Les cornflakes apportent du croquant au dessert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>amandes effil\u00e9es grill\u00e9es<\/strong> &#8211; j&rsquo;adore ajouter des amandes effil\u00e9es, surtout quand elles sont grill\u00e9es. Elles apportent une saveur de noisette qui fait vraiment toute la diff\u00e9rence dans le bingsu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>mini g\u00e2teaux de riz<\/strong> &#8211; selon moi, les mini g\u00e2teaux de riz sont indispensables pour un bingsu traditionnel! Leur texture moelleuse se marie parfaitement avec la glace pil\u00e9e, la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e et les fruits. Dans un bol allant au micro-ondes, m\u00e9lange tous les ingr\u00e9dients.<br>2. Fais chauffer au micro-ondes \u00e0 pleine puissance pendant 2 minutes. Le m\u00e9lange doit devenir gluant. Remue-le grossi\u00e8rement avec une cuill\u00e8re et laisse-le refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<br>3. Saupoudre g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement ton plan de travail de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs et transf\u00e8re-y le m\u00e9lange de g\u00e2teaux de riz.<br>4. Saupoudre encore un peu de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs dessus pour \u00e9viter que \u00e7a ne colle, puis aplatis-le \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une \u00e9paisseur d\u2019environ 1 cm).<br>5. Coupe des bandes de 1 cm de large, puis coupe chaque bande en petits cubes.1.<br>6. Saupoudre les mini g\u00e2teaux de riz de f\u00e9cul\u00e9 de ma\u00efs.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>lait concentr\u00e9<\/strong> &#8211; un filet de lait concentr\u00e9 sur le dessus du bingsu, c\u2019est une touche classique. Si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res, tu peux aussi utiliser de la sauce caramel ou du chocolat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>glace au matcha<\/strong> &#8211; comme c\u2019est un patbingsu au matcha, j\u2019ai opt\u00e9 pour ma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/glace-au-matcha\/\">glace au matcha maison<\/a>. Mais n\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 la remplacer par de la glace \u00e0 la vanille ou tout autre parfum de ton choix!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00e9langer le lait avec le lait concentr\u00e9 sucr\u00e9. Si tu utilises une machine \u00e0 glace pil\u00e9e, verse le m\u00e9lange dans les r\u00e9cipients fournis et cong\u00e8le-les pendant au moins 6 heures.
