Depuis janvier, tu as s\u00fbrement vu le hack de la tortilla envahir les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Le concept est super simple: prends une tortilla, d\u00e9coupe une fente, ajoute tes garnitures, plie en quatre, et voil\u00e0! Un sandwich tortilla rapide, facile et tendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les Cor\u00e9ens ont revisit\u00e9 cette id\u00e9e en utilisant des feuilles de nori avec du riz, tout en int\u00e9grant les ingr\u00e9dients classiques du kimbap. Inspir\u00e9e par la simplicit\u00e9 et la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 de cette recette, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de tenter ma version. Et comme j\u2019avais un peu de temps, je me suis amus\u00e9e \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer des garnitures comme du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/jeyuk-bokkeum\/\">porc piquant cor\u00e9en<\/a> et du saumon. Un vrai r\u00e9gal !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais pas de pression, tu peux aussi opter pour des ingr\u00e9dients simples ou utiliser les restes de ton frigo. L\u2019important, c\u2019est de te faire plaisir et d\u2019y ajouter ta touche personnelle \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u2019est-ce que le kimbap?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>kimbap<\/strong>, c\u2019est un peu la <strong>version cor\u00e9enne du sushi<\/strong>, mais avec quelques diff\u00e9rences cl\u00e9s. Le riz \u00e0 sushi est assaisonn\u00e9 avec du vinaigre, alors que le riz pour kimbap est <strong>parfum\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same<\/strong>, ce qui lui donne un d\u00e9licieux ar\u00f4me de noisette. En plus, le kimbap contient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des <strong>ingr\u00e9dients cuits<\/strong>, contrairement au sushi qui met souvent \u00e0 l\u2019honneur le poisson cru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour cette recette, j\u2019ai ajout\u00e9 une petite touche originale en faisant un kimbap pli\u00e9 fa\u00e7on sushi avec du saumon cru et de l\u2019avocat. Une mani\u00e8re fun de m\u00e9langer tradition et tendance moderne!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u2019est-ce que le kimbap pli\u00e9?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>kimbap pli\u00e9<\/strong>, c\u2019est une <em>version moderne et super pratique du kimbap traditionnel<\/em>. Plut\u00f4t que d\u2019enrouler les ingr\u00e9dients dans un long rouleau fa\u00e7on sushi, tu plies une feuille d\u2019algue en carr\u00e9 et tu disposes les garnitures \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est une version <strong>simple et facile \u00e0 emporter<\/strong>, id\u00e9ale pour un repas rapide ou une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/categorie\/type-de-plat\/en-cas\/\">petite collation<\/a>. Le r\u00e9sultat? Un \u00ab sandwich \u00bb compact avec du riz, des garnitures et des feuilles d&rsquo;algue, qui offre les m\u00eames saveurs que le kimbap, mais dans un format bien plus pratique \u00e0 manger.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelles garnitures utiliser ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tu peux mettre tout ce que tu veux! Les ingr\u00e9dients classiques du kimbap incluent la carotte, les \u00e9pinards, le danmuji (radis jaune marin\u00e9), le crabe, l\u2019omelette, le g\u00e2teau de poisson, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/kimchi\/\">kimchi<\/a> et le jambon. Mais n\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 \u00eatre cr\u00e9atif et \u00e0 utiliser ce que tu as dans ton frigo. Si tu optes pour du poisson cru, assure-toi qu\u2019il soit ultra frais, comme si tu faisais des sushis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour donner plus de go\u00fbt, ajoute une sauce! Le ssamjang est parfait avec du porc, la mayonnaise accompagne super bien le saumon ou le thon, et la sriracha apporte une petite touche \u00e9pic\u00e9e. Tu peux aussi concocter ta propre sauce pour relever des viandes ou d\u2019autres garnitures.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quel riz utiliser ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilise du <strong>riz \u00e0 sushi<\/strong> pour un r\u00e9sultat au top. Si tu as du <strong>riz cor\u00e9en<\/strong> \u00e0 la maison, c\u2019est parfait aussi! En Cor\u00e9e, le riz qu\u2019on mange au quotidien est le m\u00eame que celui qu\u2019on utilise pour faire du kimbap. C\u2019est un riz \u00e0 grains courts et collant, id\u00e9al pour que tout reste bien en place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois que le riz est cuit, laisse-le refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante avant de l\u2019utiliser.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9pare ton riz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fais cuire le riz (voici un&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/comment-cuire-du-riz\/\">guide<\/a>&nbsp;pour un riz parfait, si besoin).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois cuit, assaisonne-le avec \u00bd c. \u00e0 c. d\u2019huile de s\u00e9same, m\u00e9lange bien, puis laisse refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9pare tes garnitures<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>porc piquant:<\/strong>&nbsp;m\u00e9lange la poitrine de porc avec l\u2019ail, le gochugaru, la sauce soja, la sauce de poisson, le mirin, le sucre, l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same et le poivre noir. Fais cuire 2 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen-vif jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le porc soit bien cuit. Coupe tes l\u00e9gumes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>saumon:<\/strong>&nbsp;m\u00e9lange les d\u00e9s de saumon avec la mayonnaise japonaise et la sriracha. Pr\u00e9pare les l\u00e9gumes et fais cuire l\u2019omelette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>thon:<\/strong>&nbsp;m\u00e9lange le thon avec la mayonnaise. Coupe les l\u00e9gumes et pr\u00e9pare l\u2019omelette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>porc et kimchi:<\/strong>&nbsp;fais cuire le porc avec le ssamjang pendant 2 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit cuit. d\u2019algue en deux, d\u00e9plie-la, puis plie-la dans l\u2019autre sens pour marquer une grille de 4 carr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avec des ciseaux, fais une fente depuis le bas jusqu\u2019\u00e0 kimbap<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"9\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pose la feuille d\u2019algue c\u00f4t\u00e9 rugueux vers le haut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tale du riz sur les quarts sup\u00e9rieur droit et inf\u00e9rieur droit, en laissant un espace d\u2019environ 0,5 cm au bord.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoute tes garnitures dans les quarts choisis (selon la liste des ingr\u00e9dients ou tes envies).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plie d\u2019abord le quart inf\u00e9rieur gauche sur le quart sup\u00e9rieur gauche, puis sur le quart sup\u00e9rieur droit, et enfin sur le quart inf\u00e9rieur droit pour former un carr\u00e9 compact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enveloppe ton kimbap dans du film plastique pour bien maintenir les garnitures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avec un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9, coupe-le en diagonale
