Chaque bouch\u00e9e est une explosion de saveurs! Le poulet est tendre et juteux, marin\u00e9 dans un d\u00e9licieux <strong>m\u00e9lange de citron vert, de sauce soja et de sauce hoisin<\/strong>. Pour couronner le tout, il est garni de menthe fra\u00eeche et de quelques graines de s\u00e9same. Une fois que tu l\u2019auras go\u00fbt\u00e9, tu vas s\u00fbrement vouloir le pr\u00e9parer chaque semaine!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il y a quelques mois, mon mari a eu l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;utiliser des restes de citron vert et de sauce hoisin qui tra\u00eenaient dans le frigo. J&rsquo;ai tout de suite ador\u00e9! Depuis, nous avons l\u00e9g\u00e8rement modifi\u00e9 la recette pour la rendre encore plus savoureuse. La combinaison de citron vert, de menthe et d\u2019un peu d\u2019huile de piment cr\u00e9e une explosion de saveurs incroyables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous aimons explorer les cuisines du monde entier, mais nous avons vraiment un faible pour les plats asiatiques. Apr\u00e8s avoir v\u00e9cu plus de 10 ans en Australie, o\u00f9 la cuisine asiatique est partout, Alex aime cuisiner des plats d\u2019inspiration chinoise de temps en temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et le meilleur dans tout \u00e7a? Ce plat marin\u00e9 est vraiment SIMPLE \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer ! Une fois marin\u00e9, il est pr\u00eat en un rien de temps. Il suffit de le laisser au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour que le poulet s\u2019impr\u00e8gne de toutes ces saveurs. J\u2019adore les plats marin\u00e9s comme le <strong>jeyuk bokkeum<\/strong> ou le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/bulgogi\/\">bulgogi<\/a>, car ils sont faciles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et toujours pleins de saveurs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>poivron<\/strong> \u2013 le poivron apporte un croquant au plat. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re ici utiliser le poivron vert pour sa saveur qui permet de garder ce plat sal\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que sucr\u00e9, contrairement aux poivrons jaunes ou rouges qui ajoutent une note sucr\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>champignons<\/strong> \u2013 les champignons sont parfaits ici, car ils absorbent tr\u00e8s bien les saveurs de la marinade, ajoutant profondeur et texture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>cuisses de poulet d\u00e9soss\u00e9es<\/strong> \u2013 pour ce plat, les cuisses de poulet d\u00e9soss\u00e9es sont id\u00e9ales. Elles restent moelleuses et juteuses. Le blanc de poulet est trop sec pour ce plat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>riz<\/strong> \u2013 consulte mon article sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/comment-cuire-du-riz\/\">cuisson du riz<\/a> si tu as besoin d\u2019aide pour la cuisson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>eau<\/strong> \u2013 ajouter un peu d\u2019eau aide \u00e0 diluer la sauce hoisin, cr\u00e9ant la consistance parfaite pour ce plat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>graines de s\u00e9same<\/strong> \u2013 elles ajoutent une belle touche visuelle pour la garniture (facultatif, mais recommand\u00e9).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>menthe<\/strong> \u2013 la menthe est facultative, mais elle fait vraiment la diff\u00e9rence! Une pinc\u00e9e sur le dessus donne au plat une touche rafra\u00eechissante qui rehausse toutes les autres saveurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Marinade:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>sauce soja<\/strong> \u2013 utilise de la sauce soja light. La sauce soja fonc\u00e9e peut rendre la marinade trop sal\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>sauce hoisin<\/strong> \u2013 la vedette de cette marinade! La sauce hoisin apporte une go\u00fbt savoureux et complexe et rend ce plat extr\u00eamement bon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>huile de s\u00e9same<\/strong> \u2013 un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/boutique\/#ingredients\">ingr\u00e9dient essentiel<\/a> de la cuisine pour les marinades d\u2019inspiration asiatique. Son ar\u00f4me et son go\u00fbt de noisette sont indispensables ici.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>cassonade<\/strong> \u2013 la cassonade \u00e9quilibre la l\u00e9g\u00e8re amertume de la sauce hoisin, cr\u00e9ant une parfaite harmonie de saveurs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>vinaigre de riz<\/strong> \u2013 il ajoute une touche d\u2019acidit\u00e9 qui r\u00e9veille la marinade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>huile piment\u00e9e<\/strong> \u2013 facultative, mais une touche d\u2019huile de piment donne au plat une note piquante pour ceux qui aiment un peu de piquant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>gingembre<\/strong> \u2013 le gingembre \u00e9minc\u00e9 ajoute une saveur fra\u00eeche et vibrante qui se marie \u00e0 merveille avec la sauce hoisin et la menthe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>citron vert (jus et zeste)<\/strong> \u2013 le citron vert ajoute une touche fra\u00eeche et acidul\u00e9e qui rehausse l\u2019ensemble du plat et compl\u00e8te la sauce hoisin. Ajouter l\u2019oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 et cuire 1 minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajouter le poulet et les l\u00e9gumes<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Retirer le poulet de la marinade, en r\u00e9servant cette derni\u00e8re. Remuer pour enrober le poulet et les l\u00e9gumes de fa\u00e7on homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laisser mijoter \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert pendant environ 10 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le poulet soit bien cuit, les l\u00e9gumes tendres et la sauce \u00e9paissie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Garnir et servir<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Saupoudrer de graines de s\u00e9same et ajouter des feuilles de menthe fra\u00eeche. Placer le poulet dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique (tu peux conserver le riz s\u00e9par\u00e9ment si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res). Il se conserve au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur <strong>jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 3-4 jours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Congeler<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Divise le poulet en portions adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 un repas. Utilise des r\u00e9cipients herm\u00e9tiques ou des sacs de cong\u00e9lation, et n\u2019oublie pas d\u2019\u00e9tiqueter avec la date. Tu peux conserver au cong\u00e9lateur <strong>jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2-3 mois<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9chauffer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Du
