Il te suffit de <strong>4 ingr\u00e9dients de base<\/strong> que tu as probablement d\u00e9j\u00e0 chez toi : de la <strong>farine<\/strong>, du <strong>sel<\/strong>, de l\u2019<strong>eau<\/strong> et de la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs. Pas de magasin asiatique \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 ? Pas de souci : les gyozas faits maison sont facilement r\u00e9alisables (voici la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/gyoza\/\">recette<\/a> de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 gyoza)! \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00f4t\u00e9 go\u00fbt, il n\u2019y a pas une grande diff\u00e9rence entre les feuilles de gyoza du commerce et celles faites maison. Mais pour la texture? Les feuilles maison sont toujours plus fra\u00eeches, plus moelleuses et tout simplement meilleures !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u2019adore pr\u00e9parer des gyozas japonais et des mandu cor\u00e9ens de A \u00e0 Z. Parfois, j\u2019ach\u00e8te les feuilles en magasin quand je manque de temps, mais d\u00e8s que je peux, je les fais moi-m\u00eame. Les gyoza ou mandu pr\u00eats \u00e0 l\u2019emploi du supermarch\u00e9, ce n\u2019est vraiment pas mon truc! De plus, si tu en fais un gros batch, tu en auras pour des mois dans ton cong\u00e9lateur, et la diff\u00e9rence en vaut vraiment la peine.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ai-je besoin d\u2019un robot mixeur?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tu en as un, \u00e7a te facilitera la t\u00e2che! Sinon, pas de probl\u00e8me, tu peux aussi p\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te \u00e0 la main. P\u00e9tris-la environ 15 \u00e0 20 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que tout soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9, que la p\u00e2te soit lisse et ne colle plus.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 gyoza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te<\/strong> &#8211; Placer la farine dans un saladier ou le bol d\u2019un batteur \u00e9lectrique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire bouillir l\u2019eau et y dissoudre le sel. Ajouter l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e petit \u00e0 petit \u00e0 la farine en m\u00e9langeant constamment, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne. Si la p\u00e2te commence \u00e0 devenir collante, ne plus ajouter d\u2019eau. Selon la farine utilis\u00e9e, il se peut que tu n\u2019aies pas besoin de toute l\u2019eau. Couper le boudin en deux et envelopper chaque moiti\u00e9 dans du film plastique. les feuilles d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9tal\u00e9es avec une serviette humide pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019ils ne s\u00e8chent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img utilisation rapide)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si tu comptes les utiliser dans les 1 \u00e0 2 jours, place les feuilles de gyoza au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9pare chaque feuille avec un morceau de papier sulfuris\u00e9 ou de film plastique pour \u00e9viter qu&rsquo;elles ne collent entre elles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place-les dans un sac herm\u00e9tique ou une bo\u00eete bien ferm\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conseil<\/strong> : \u00e9vite de les laisser trop longtemps au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, car la farine peut s\u2019oxyder et les feuilles perdront en fra\u00eecheur.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au cong\u00e9lateur (pour une conservation plus longue)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour une conservation de plus longue dur\u00e9e, cong\u00e8le les feuilles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9pare chaque feuille avec du papier sulfuris\u00e9 ou du film plastique, puis mets-les dans un sac de cong\u00e9lation bien herm\u00e9tique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elles se conservent ainsi jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 3 mois.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour les utiliser, laisse-les
