Certes, les gyozas du magasin sont plus rapides, mais une fois que tu auras go\u00fbt\u00e9 aux gyozas faits maison, tu ne voudras plus jamais revenir en arri\u00e8re !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le go\u00fbt et la qualit\u00e9 sont d&rsquo;un tout autre niveau, et en pr\u00e9parant une fourn\u00e9e, tu peux congeler les surplus pour chaque fois que l&rsquo;envie de gyozas se fait sentir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;aime faire mes propres <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/pate-a-gyoza\/\">feuilles \u00e0 gyoza<\/a><\/strong> si j&rsquo;ai le temps \u2013 c&rsquo;est simple et ne n\u00e9cessite que quelques ingr\u00e9dients. Cela peut prendre un peu de temps, donc si tu manques de temps, les feuilles \u00e0 gyoza achet\u00e9s en magasin dans une \u00e9picerie asiatique fonctionnent tout aussi bien!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;un gyoza ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>gyozas <\/strong>sont des <strong>raviolis japonais<\/strong>, remplis de hach\u00e9 de porc, de chou et d&rsquo;assaisonnements aromatiques. Le nom \u00ab gyoza \u00bb vient du mot chinois \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jiaozi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">jiaozi<\/a> \u00bb, car ce plat est inspir\u00e9 des raviolis chinois et adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la cuisine japonaise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces raviolis sont connus pour leur combinaison irr\u00e9sistible de textures : <strong>un fond dor\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>et croustillant<\/strong> et une <strong>garniture juteuse<\/strong>. Pour obtenir cet \u00e9quilibre parfait, ils sont d&rsquo;abord cuits \u00e0 la vapeur dans une petite quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau, puis po\u00eal\u00e9s pour d\u00e9velopper cette base croustillante caract\u00e9ristique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les gyozas peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9gust\u00e9s en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/categorie\/type-de-plat\/accompagnements\/\">accompagnement<\/a>, en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/categorie\/type-de-plat\/entrees\/\">entr\u00e9e<\/a> ou m\u00eame en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/categorie\/type-de-plat\/plats-principaux\/\">plat principal<\/a> et sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement servis avec une sauce \u00e0 base de sauce soja et de vinaigre de riz. Pour ceux qui aiment le piment, un filet d&rsquo;huile de piment est un excellent ajout \u00e0 la sauce ! Avec leur go\u00fbt satisfaisant et leurs saveurs polyvalentes, les gyozas sont un plat r\u00e9confortant qui apporte un go\u00fbt du Japon \u00e0 ta table.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>porc hach\u00e9<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>chou chinois<\/strong> &#8211; r\u00e2pe le chou en gros morceaux et presse bien l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 pendant la cuisson pour \u00e9viter que la garniture ne soit d\u00e9tremp\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ail<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>oignons jeunes <\/strong>&#8211; ajoutent de la fra\u00eecheur et une l\u00e9g\u00e8re saveur d&rsquo;oignon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>gingembre<\/strong> &#8211; donne \u00e9galement une touche piquante et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9pic\u00e9e qui s&rsquo;harmonise bien avec le porc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs<\/strong> &#8211; aide \u00e0 lier la garniture et la garde tendre et juteuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>huile de s\u00e9same<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>sauce soja<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>feuilles \u00e0 gyoza<\/strong> &#8211; utilise des feuilles \u00e0 gyoza achet\u00e9es en magasin ou fais-les maison (voici la <strong>recette<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour la sauce :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>sauce soja<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>vinaigre de riz<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>huile de piment<\/strong> &#8211; c&rsquo;est facultatif, mais elle apporte touche piment\u00e9e, parfaite pour les amateurs de piquant comme moi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>graines de s\u00e9same<\/strong> &#8211; \u00e9galement facultatif, mais elles ajoutent un croquant l\u00e9ger.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer les l\u00e9gumes<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Couper le chou chinois en larges bandes. Tremper ton doigt dans l&rsquo;eau et mouiller les bords de la feuille pour aider \u00e0 la sceller. Placer les gyozas dans la po\u00eale et ajouter suffisamment d&rsquo;eau (environ 0,5 cm de haut) pour couvrir le fond. (<em>Note 1<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois l&rsquo;eau \u00e9vapor\u00e9e, tu devrais entendre un gr\u00e9sillement. Ajouter un peu d&rsquo;huile de cuisson pour recouvrir la surface de la po\u00eale autour des gyozas. Cependant, au-del\u00e0 de cette m\u00e9thode (dont les gyozas sont connus sous le nom de <strong>yaki gyoza<\/strong>), tu peux cuire les gyozas de plusieurs autres mani\u00e8res :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cuisson \u00e0 la vapeur<\/strong> : place les gyozas dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/40q99Ic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">panier en bambou<\/a> ou en m\u00e9tal, recouvert de papier sulfuris\u00e9 ou de feuilles de chou pour \u00e9viter qu&rsquo;ils ne collent. Fais-les cuire \u00e0 la vapeur pendant environ 6 \u00e0 8 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les gyozas soient bien cuits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante<\/strong> : porte une casserole d&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et ajoute doucement les gyozas. Fais bouillir pendant 4 \u00e0 6 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils flottent \u00e0 la surface et soient bien cuits. Cette m\u00e9thode permet d&rsquo;obtenir une texture plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Friture<\/strong> : pour des gyozas encore plus croustillants, fais-les frire dans de l&rsquo;huile chaude jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient dor\u00e9s et bien cuits.
