Il se compose de deux <strong>pancakes <\/strong>fourr\u00e9s d&rsquo;anko (une p\u00e2te de haricots rouges \u00e0 base de haricots azuki, un peu comme pour les <strong>bungeoppang<\/strong>) et assembl\u00e9s comme un <strong>sandwich<\/strong>. En japonais, <em>dora<\/em> signifie \u00ab\u00a0gong\u00a0\u00bb et <em>yaki <\/em>signifie \u00ab\u00a0frit\u00a0\u00bb, ce qui est tout \u00e0 fait appropri\u00e9 compte tenu de la forme ronde et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement bossel\u00e9e du dorayaki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon la l\u00e9gende, les premiers dorayaki ont \u00e9t\u00e9 frits sur un gong laiss\u00e9 par un samoura\u00ef. Ce d\u00e9lice est \u00e9galement devenu c\u00e9l\u00e8bre gr\u00e2ce au personnage de dessin anim\u00e9 <strong>Doraemon<\/strong>, qui adore cette friandise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma recette s&rsquo;\u00e9carte l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de la version traditionnelle aux haricots rouges, car j&rsquo;avais envie de faire une p\u00e2te au go\u00fbt <strong>matcha <\/strong>et de remplir le dorayaki de p\u00e2te de <strong>chocolat blanc<\/strong>. J&rsquo;adore la combinaison du matcha et du chocolat blanc : ces deux saveurs se compl\u00e8tent \u00e0 merveille !<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelle est la diff\u00e9rence entre le dorayaki et les pancakes ordinaires ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dorayaki (pancakes japonais) et les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/pancakes\/\">pancakes<\/a><strong> <\/strong>peuvent se ressembler, mais ils ne sont pas tout \u00e0 fait identiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>p\u00e2te <\/strong>\u00e0 dorayaki contient toujours un peu de miel et ne contient pas de lait. Sa consistance est plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re que celle de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pancakes, mais plus \u00e9paisse que celle de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eapes. Si ta p\u00e2te \u00e0 dorayaki finit par \u00eatre aussi \u00e9paisse que celle des pancakes ordinaires, il te sera difficile de bien assembler les deux pancakes et de sceller les bords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>texture <\/strong>du dorayaki est \u00e9galement diff\u00e9rente de celle des pancakes. Les dorayaki sont un peu plus <strong>spongieux <\/strong>et <strong>moelleux<\/strong>, avec une <strong>saveur d&rsquo;\u0153uf<\/strong> l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus prononc\u00e9e. En ce qui concerne l&rsquo;apparence, les surfaces ext\u00e9rieures du dorayaki doivent avoir une belle couleur brun dor\u00e9 lisse et uniforme.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u0153ufs<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; pour cette recette, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 2 \u0153ufs moyens. Selon la taille de tes \u0153ufs, tu devras peut-\u00eatre ajuster la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 la p\u00e2te apr\u00e8s r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>sucre<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; les friandises asiatiques ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas tr\u00e8s sucr\u00e9es. Pour ma part aussi j&rsquo;aime les desserts pas trop sucr\u00e9s, donc j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 juste assez de sucre pour rendre le dorayaki sucr\u00e9 mais pas trop. N&rsquo;oublie pas que la garniture ajoutera du sucre suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>miel<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; ne remplace pas le miel. Sa saveur subtile est essentielle pour rendre le dorayaki particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9licieux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>poudre de matcha<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 juste assez de matcha pour apporter un soup\u00e7on de sa saveur sans surcharger la garniture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>farine<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 de la farine ordinaire, en veillant \u00e0 la tamiser pour \u00e9viter les grumeaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>levure chimique<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; la quantit\u00e9 de levure chimique est cruciale pour obtenir la texture id\u00e9ale du dorayaki. Trop de levure chimique rendra les pancakes trop \u00e9pais, comme des pancakes ordinaires, emp\u00eachant les bords de bien se sceller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>eau<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; apr\u00e8s r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration, ajoute 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau \u00e0 la p\u00e2te pour obtenir la bonne consistance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>huile de cuisson<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; huile l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ta po\u00eale une seule fois avant de commencer. Essuie l&rsquo;exc\u00e8s d&rsquo;huile pour assurer une surface lisse et dor\u00e9e sur chaque pancake. S&rsquo;il reste trop d&rsquo;huile, la surface peut avoir des taches plus claires, comme celles d&rsquo;une cr\u00eape ou d&rsquo;un pancake ordinaire. L&rsquo;objectif est d&rsquo;obtenir un brun dor\u00e9 parfaitement uniforme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>p\u00e2te de chocolat blanc<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 une p\u00e2te de chocolat blanc belge. Le chocolat blanc se marie \u00e0 merveille avec le matcha, mais n&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter avec d&rsquo;autres garnitures selon tes envies ! \ud83d\ude0a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment faire des pancakes japonais parfaitement uniformes ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important que chaque pancake soit de la m\u00eame taille, sinon tu ne pourras pas coller correctement les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s ensemble. La premi\u00e8re fois que j&rsquo;ai fait des dorayaki, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 une grande cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe et je ne l&rsquo;ai remplie que partiellement, ce qui a souvent donn\u00e9 des pancakes de tailles l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le meilleur conseil est d&rsquo;utiliser un <strong>outil de mesure<\/strong> (j&rsquo;utilise les <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3AhXX5A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">cups<\/a>) que tu peux remplir \u00e0 ras bord. De cette fa\u00e7on, tu es s\u00fbr de verser la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de p\u00e2te \u00e0 chaque fois. J&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 la cup 1\/8 (30 ml). Mes pancakes japonais sont toujours de taille parfaite !<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelles garnitures utiliser ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme mentionn\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, les dorayaki traditionnels sont remplis d&rsquo;anko (p\u00e2te de haricots rouges sucr\u00e9e japonaise). Mais tu peux aussi utiliser du Nutella ou d&rsquo;autres p\u00e2tes \u00e0 tartiner au chocolat, de la cr\u00e8me anglaise \u00e0 la vanille ou au matcha, etc. C&rsquo;est vraiment selon tes pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences !
