On peut en acheter presque partout mais rien ne vaut le fait maison, alors moi, je n\u2019en ach\u00e8te jaaamais! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u2019ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 cette recette alors que je vivais en Australie et que la cuisine de chez moi me manquait. La quiche, c\u2019est tellement <strong>rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer<\/strong> et \u00e7a pla\u00eet toujours \u00e0 tout le monde \u2013 l\u2019id\u00e9al pour une <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/categorie\/type-de-plat\/entrees\/\">entr\u00e9e<\/a><\/strong>, un <strong>d\u00e9jeuner <\/strong>ou m\u00eame un <strong>d\u00eener <\/strong>facile !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ne me demande pas pourquoi, mais j\u2019ai mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences selon les types de quiches : certaines, comme la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/quiche-lorraine\/\">quiche lorraine<\/a>, ou celles aux champignons ou au ch\u00e8vre, je les aime plut\u00f4t fines. Par contre, pour une quiche au saumon, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re qu\u2019elle soit bien \u00e9paisse ! C\u2019est pourquoi j\u2019utilise un <strong>moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau<\/strong> au lieu d\u2019un moule \u00e0 tarte, pour lui donner plus de hauteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est exactement comme \u00e7a que je la pr\u00e9f\u00e8re, mais tu peux tout \u00e0 fait utiliser un moule \u00e0 tarte plus grand si tu aimes une quiche plus fine \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quiche au saumon et aux \u00e9pinards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le m\u00e9lange du <strong>saumon frais<\/strong> avec les <strong>\u00e9pinards <\/strong>apporte un go\u00fbt unique et irr\u00e9sistible, qui va faire vibrer tes papilles ! Le fromage, lui, ajoute une belle profondeur de saveur, pour une quiche super satisfaisante et r\u00e9confortante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que tu sois fan de fruits de mer ou simplement de quiches, cette recette va impressionner ta famille et tes amis \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr !<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>P\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<\/strong> : pour cette quiche, j\u2019adore utiliser de la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e qui apporte go\u00fbt et texture en plus. Comme elle prend du temps \u00e0 faire, je l\u2019ach\u00e8te toujours pr\u00eate, ce qui rend la pr\u00e9paration encore plus rapide ! Si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res, tu peux aussi utiliser de la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e. Et si tu veux la faire toi-m\u00eame (elle est bien plus rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer que la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e), tu trouveras ma recette avec celle de la <strong>quiche lorraine<\/strong> (\u00e0 venir).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>saumon frais<\/strong> : le saumon frais est id\u00e9al, mais tu peux aussi opter pour du saumon surgel\u00e9 si c&rsquo;est plus pratique pour toi. Mais rien ne vaut le frais pour le go\u00fbt !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00e9pinards surgel\u00e9s<\/strong> : comme c\u2019est une \u00ab\u00a0quiche rapide\u00a0\u00bb, les \u00e9pinards surgel\u00e9s sont super pratiques. Une bo\u00eete correspond pile \u00e0 la quantit\u00e9 qu\u2019il faut pour cette recette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ail<\/strong> : \u00e9mince ou \u00e9crase l\u2019ail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>oignon<\/strong> : hache finement l\u2019oignon pour bien l&rsquo;int\u00e9grer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>farine<\/strong> : elle aide la quiche \u00e0 bien se tenir, mais tu peux aussi utiliser de la ma\u00efzena si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>cr\u00e8me<\/strong> : j\u2019utilise toujours de la cr\u00e8me enti\u00e8re pour la quiche, mais n\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 choisir celle que tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>oeufs<\/strong> : choisis des \u0153ufs moyens \u00e0 gros. Fouetter le tout. Personnellement, je le fais souvent et garde les restes (s\u2019il y en a!) pour le d\u00e9jeuner du lendemain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>En entr\u00e9e<\/strong> : coupe la quiche en petits morceaux et sers-la en entr\u00e9e ou en amuse-bouche lors d\u2019un repas. Parfait pour nourrir une foule tout en impressionnant !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>En brunch<\/strong> : sers la quiche avec des fruits frais, des croissants ou des muffins pour un brunch chic et d\u00e9licieux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>En plat froid<\/strong> : elle est tout aussi bonne froide, ce qui est parfait pour les pique-niques ou les repas en plein air. Ajoute un petit plat de beurre ou d\u2019huile d\u2019olive pour tremper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fruits<\/strong> : des fruits frais (melon, baies, raisins) ajoutent une touche sucr\u00e9e et rafra\u00eechissante, parfaite pour le brunch ou le petit-d\u00e9jeuner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment conserver, congeler et r\u00e9chauffer ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conserver<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Garde les restes dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour<strong> 3 \u00e0 4 jours<\/strong>. Assure-toi que la quiche ait bien refroidi avant de la mettre au frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cong\u00e9ler<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la congeler, emballe-la bien dans du film plastique et du papier aluminium, ou place-la dans un r\u00e9cipient adapt\u00e9 au cong\u00e9lateur. Elle se conserve <strong>2 \u00e0 3 mois<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9chauffer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la r\u00e9chauffer, pr\u00e9chauffe le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C. Si elle est congel\u00e9e, laisse-la d\u00e9congeler au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant la nuit. Couvre-la de papier aluminium et r\u00e9chauffe-la 15 \u00e0 20 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit bien chaude.
