Le mot \u00ab\u00a0buldak\u00a0\u00bb signifie litt\u00e9ralement \u00ab\u00a0<strong>poulet de feu<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, et \u00ab\u00a0bokkeum myeon\u00a0\u00bb se traduit par \u00ab\u00a0nouilles saut\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb. Ces nouilles ont explos\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, apparaissant dans des d\u00e9fis de nouilles piquantes et des vid\u00e9os de mukbang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Produites par <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.samyangfoods.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Samyang<\/a><\/strong>, les buldak ramyun ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9es pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 2012 et sont rapidement devenues un succ\u00e8s mondial gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur piquant intense et leur go\u00fbt d\u00e9licieux. Depuis, Samyang a \u00e9largi la gamme avec plein de saveurs, allant du classique aux versions avec du fromage, de la carbonara et m\u00eame du <strong>mala<\/strong> (une saveur piquante engourdissante).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Cor\u00e9e, on appelle ces nouilles <em><strong>ramyun<\/strong> <\/em>(\ub77c\uba74), qui est le terme cor\u00e9en pour les <strong>nouilles instantan\u00e9es<\/strong>. Mais beaucoup de gens, surtout en dehors de la Cor\u00e9e, les appellent souvent \u00ab\u00a0ramen\u00a0\u00bb, le mot japonais pour les nouilles en soupe. Cela peut pr\u00eater \u00e0 confusion, car <strong>les ramen et les ramyun sont en fait diff\u00e9rents<\/strong>. Les ramen font r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 un plat de nouilles dans un bouillon japonais, tandis que les ramyun sont des nouilles instantan\u00e9es, souvent sans bouillon. Dans cette recette, je les ai aussi intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0ramen\u00a0\u00bb, car c&rsquo;est comme \u00e7a qu&rsquo;on les reconna\u00eet dans le monde entier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec toutes les variantes de buldak, allant du l\u00e9g\u00e8rement piquant au vraiment br\u00fblant, il y a une version pour chaque fan de piquant !<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Combien de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s existent ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Samyang propose plus de 15 variantes officielles de buldak ramen, chacune avec des saveurs et des niveaux de piquant diff\u00e9rents. Certaines sont en \u00e9dition limit\u00e9e, tandis que d\u2019autres font partie des classiques permanents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais aujourd&rsquo;hui, je vais te montrer comment je transforme la <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3nfeBJU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">version carbonara<\/a> pour qu&rsquo;elle ressemble exactement \u00e0 l&rsquo;image sur l&#8217;emballage des nouilles. Plus le SHU est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus les ramyun sont piquants!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quel est le niveau de piquant du Buldak carbonara ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le buldak carbonara a un niveau de piquant d&rsquo;environ <strong>2 600 SHU<\/strong>. M\u00eame s&rsquo;il est moins fort que la saveur originale (4 404 SHU), il reste tout de m\u00eame bien relev\u00e9. Le buldak carbonara est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement class\u00e9 au <strong>niveau 3<\/strong> de l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de piquant buldak, ce qui correspond \u00e0 un <strong>niveau de piquant mod\u00e9r\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sauce carbonara cr\u00e9meuse aide \u00e0 adoucir le piquant, ce qui le rend plus accessible pour ceux qui ne sont pas habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 la nourriture tr\u00e8s piquante.
