Parfaits \u00e0 d\u00e9guster avec une bonne bi\u00e8re si tu as envie de quelque chose de frit mais de varier un peu des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatcutedish.com\/fr\/corn-dog-coreen\/\">corn dogs<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mon pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 de tous les temps, c&rsquo;est sans h\u00e9siter le <strong>dakgangjeong<\/strong> (\ub2ed\uac15\uc815), surtout la version piquante avec un gla\u00e7age au gochujang. La p\u00e2te bien croquante combin\u00e9e \u00e0 cette sauce sucr\u00e9e et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement piquante rend ce poulet vraiment ADDICTIF. Crois-moi, tu dois absolument l&rsquo;essayer !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le poulet frit cor\u00e9en est frit deux fois pour un ext\u00e9rieur encore plus croustillant. La premi\u00e8re friture cuit le poulet \u00e0 90 %, et la deuxi\u00e8me, avec une huile plus chaude, termine la cuisson tout en rendant la p\u00e2te encore plus croustillante.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;autre astuce pour obtenir une p\u00e2te ultra croquante, c\u2019est de la faire assez \u00e9paisse. Comme \u00e7a, en la m\u00e9langeant avec la poudre de poulet frit, les deux se combinent pour cr\u00e9er cet ext\u00e9rieur super croustillant une fois frit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mon endroit pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 pour d\u00e9guster ce snack, c\u2019est quand je vais dans les bars pour boire un verre. \u00c7a se marie super bien avec une bonne bi\u00e8re et une bonne ambiance entre potes ! En Cor\u00e9e, la plupart des bars ne te servent \u00e0 boire que si tu commandes aussi quelque chose \u00e0 manger. Certaines absorbent plus d&rsquo;eau que d&rsquo;autres, donc ajuste en cons\u00e9quence. Vise \u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te assez \u00e9paisse mais assez fluide. Certaines absorbent beaucoup plus d\u2019eau que d\u2019autres. Avec la farine Ottogi (celle que j\u2019utilise le plus souvent), le rapport farine\/eau de 1\u00bd:1 (210g \/ 240 ml) fonctionne parfaitement. En revanche, la farine de la marque Beksul absorbe beaucoup plus d\u2019eau, donc dans ce cas, mieux vaut utiliser un rapport farine\/eau de 1:1 (210g \/ 360 ml).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tu utilises ma recette maison de farine pour poulet frit cor\u00e9en, cela d\u00e9pendra de la farine que tu utilises. Commence avec le rapport farine\/eau 1:1, si tu trouves la p\u00e2te trop liquide, alors passe au rapport 1\u00bd:1.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">sauce<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sirop d&rsquo;oligo<\/strong> &#8211; si tu ne trouves pas de sirop d&rsquo;oligo cor\u00e9en (\uc62c\ub9ac\uace0\ub2f9), tu peux le remplacer par du mulyeot (sirop de ma\u00efs cor\u00e9en).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mulyeot (sirop de ma\u00efs cor\u00e9en)<\/strong> &#8211; la question qui revient le plus souvent est \u00ab\u00a0par quoi puis-je remplacer le sirop de ma\u00efs cor\u00e9en ou le sirop d&rsquo;oligo? Certaines absorbent plus d&rsquo;eau que d&rsquo;autres, donc ajuste en cons\u00e9quence. L&rsquo;objectif est d&rsquo;obtenir une p\u00e2te un peu \u00e9paisse mais toujours fluide.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enrober les morceaux de poulet dans la p\u00e2te, puis les rouler dans le m\u00e9lange pour poulet frit sec. Faire frire le poulet \u00e0 160 \u00b0C pendant environ 6 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit cuit aux trois quarts. Frire par lots pour \u00e9viter que les morceaux ne collent entre eux. Retirer le poulet et le d\u00e9poser sur une grille recouverte de papier absorbant pour \u00e9liminer l&rsquo;exc\u00e8s d&rsquo;huile.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Augmenter la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 180 \u00b0C et frire une deuxi\u00e8me fois pendant 1 minute pour dorer le poulet. Tester la cuisson en coupant un morceau.
