Cela dit, tu peux utiliser n&rsquo;importe quel type de ramyun pour cette recette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>lardons <\/strong>\u2013 j&rsquo;adore ajouter des prot\u00e9ines \u00e0 mes recettes de ramyun, et les lardons sont une option rapide et facile. R\u00e9server les lardons et les oignons jeunes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remettre la casserole sur le feu et ajouter l&rsquo;eau. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quand l&rsquo;eau bout, ajouter les Shin ramen, le sachet de l\u00e9gumes s\u00e9ch\u00e9s et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe du sachet d&rsquo;assaisonnement (ajuste selon ton go\u00fbt pour le piquant).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire cuire les ramen pendant 4 \u00e0 5 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient cuits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 feu doux. Faire un puits au centre des ramen et y casser l&rsquo;\u0153uf. Placer les moiti\u00e9s de tranche de fromage de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u0153uf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couvrir la casserole avec un couvercle et continue la cuisson pendant environ 1 \u00e0 2 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le fromage ait fondu et que les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs soient cuits.
