Tu peux couper tes l\u00e9gumes comme tu le pr\u00e9f\u00e8res, mais personnellement j&rsquo;aime couper la pomme de terre en deux dans le sens de la longueur, puis en tranches \u00e9paisses d&rsquo;environ 4-5 mm. Si tu les coupes trop fines, elles risquent de cuire trop vite et de se d\u00e9sint\u00e9grer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>oignon<\/strong> \u2013 coupe l&rsquo;oignon en gros morceaux ou en tranches, selon tes pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>courgette<\/strong> \u2013 comme pour la pomme de terre, coupe la courgette en morceaux \u00e9pais.
